SAFE Credit Union is a great bank that has been in the area for years. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and efficient, with bankers who are patient, sweet, and go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They take their time to ensure a wonderful experience, helping to open new accounts like free checking and savings within minutes. They assist with downloading the app, transferring funds from other institutions without a fee, and accommodating customers even on weekends, making the process smooth and easy. However, some customers note that the branch locations themselves are not that great. A common issue is that there is always something broken, such as the ATM or the card creating machine. Additionally, some locations have a weird and musty smell upon entering that is not inviting. Despite these concerns with the physical centers, the credit union is highly recommended for anyone looking for a new bank account or great auto loans. Customers report being really happy with their experience and state they will definitely be coming back for future visits.
Just use the ATM. Good machines with small denomination choices too.

The new office location is great, easy to access and very convenient, the office employees are very knowledgeable & Friendly. I love the new green fresh live plant wall it’s very artistic & our customer service rep was a lot shy so I got a picture of his desk 🙂
