Sur La Table is a very nice store with a great selection of kitchen items, from cutting boards to cookware. The staff is super nice, knowledgeable, and provides great customer service, offering helpful advice and details. The store has a pleasant ambiance and offers complimentary items like free delicious hot chocolate, coffee, and water. However, some customers note that prices in the store can be significantly higher than online. While many praise the fantastic teachers in the hands-on cooking classes, not all locations offer them, requiring travel to the nearest one. Overall, it is described as an amazing store and a valuable resource for cooks of all levels.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Store has everything you could want for the kitchen. I took a knife skills class and the instructor, Shane, was great! I learned a lot and left feeling excited to start cooking!
