“I had such a great experience at Ashley’s Furniture thanks to Maria! She greeted me right away and made me feel very comfortable. When I explained what I was looking for, she showed me a few great options and really listened to my needs. I also let her know I had a budget, and she made sure to stay within it, which I truly appreciated.

Jennifer has taken the time to get to know me and what I wanted to achieve in furnishing and decorating my new home. Her expertise was essential in blending new selections with my existing pieces. I also very much appreciate that she has always been available to respond to my many questions throughout this journey.
Lastly, I want to mention that my custom order furniture was finished much quicker than I anticipated. 5+ stars!!”
“Damien provided a thorough presentation of all of the offerings and walked us through an initial assessment of our initial sleep number and also the best approach to making adjustments over time. “I can't speak more highly of the experience we had with CA Backyard. I had a very specific Woodard patio set we were looking for, I called the Roseville store and they pointed me to the Gold River store which had an actual sample of the piece I wanted. The staff there was fantastic and gave me a variety of quotes for set ups. My husband and I stopped into the Roseville store to finalize our purchase where he saw the loveseat version (same style but not the chairs we ordered) and was able to see the finish samples. They were able to pull up our quotes and worked with the staff member in Gold River who spent quite a bit of time with me. They gave us clear info on lead time and called us partway through to update us. When we picked up our 7 piece set it turned out 2 had a manufacturing defect and they worked with the manufacturer to replace the pieces in full. Also keeping us up to date on that timeline. Everyone was great to work with, and friendly. Even arranged to have a fabric sample sent to us from the manufacturer since we didn't find an umbrella color in their lineup that worked for us. Warehouse staff were also very friendly and helpful with loading! I don't anticipate needing to replace our patio set because it's amazing quality but when we're ready for new lounge furniture, outdoor kitchen stuff or a spa we will definitely be back!”
“Easy shopping no sales pressure, price was reduced on a sale so was very desirable, we bought a new loveseat, delivered on time, only not giving 5 stars as delivery guy was pushing a bit much to sign off before I could thoroughly test all options. We will go back when next need arises.”
“This one is the nearest one to us. Parking is almost always easy here and everything is pretty on point for cleanliness. Almost always well stocked. Bathrooms can use some touch up now and then. Self checkout is smaller but is pretty open most of the time. Good store to have nearby”
“This review is For Besan Suleiman. She is a newer sales associate and a class act! My husband went in today to purchase a new sofa and loveseat and Besan helped us. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped us narrow down the perfect set. I was impressed how she showed us possibilities and made recommendations without overwhelming us with too many options. Before you waste hours online looking for your next piece of furniture, call and schedule an appointment with Besan and save yourself the time and agony. Thank you Besan!”
“We were checked out by an employee named Hannah. We came in around 9 at night, close to closing. It is a hard time to stay with customers at this time when it is time to close. She stayed with us and tried to help us resolve our card issues. We were here for over 40 minutes. It seemed like there was a system failure within the target registers. She kept a positive attitude, and despite our stresses with our financials, she rescanned 200+ dollars worth of items a second time just to see if she could fix the system. And outside of just scanning our items, she displayed generosity, kindness, and patience I have never seen within an employee. If i could give her 10 stars, I would. It is employees like her that make this world a better place. The kindness and customer service she portrayed was beyond anything I have ever experienced not just at a target, but any grocery store. I hope she receives the pay she deserves, as well as the many other good things she may deserve in her life. She is truly an amazing person, and employee. We need more people like her.”

“Been going to this target for years always has great customer service and is mostly clean. The app is accurate and the order pickups always come fast. My son loves talking to Cobe up front about video games, very nice young man. My only gripe has to be people out in the parking lot. There's always homeless and people trying to sell me stuff, other than that it's a really nice store would recommend this location.”
“Moving into a new apartment and needed everything. When I went in back in March service was great. Extremely helpful picking out pieces that would work with what I was going for and making suggestions. Looked at a few other places before deciding and it was clear for the price and quality there was no place better than West Elm. I ended up Purchased a sofa, media unit, end table, floor lamp, and coffee table.
A couple items were delayed due to things going on in the strait with shipping, but Taylor who had helped me the entire time was fantastic. I'm still waiting on one final custom item, but other than that she's made adjustments where possible and responded extremely fast to any questions or concerns I've had. Recently I ended up wanting to switch my coffee table to the same unit but a a different color wood and she couldn't have made the process simpler. She's fantastic and a star at this store so if you need help I highly recommend requesting Taylor by name. Will definitely be looking at West Elm first in the future when I'm looking for more pieces to complete my space.”

“Great small location that gets the job done. Bad warranty policies from corporate not allowing direct replacement of similar models or comparable if previous model discontinued. Instead having to pay all of the inflated prices on the similar or predecessor of discontinued models. I should be eligible to get a direct replacement instead of having to always pick a new mattress and pay the difference especially if I loved the previous model that they discontinued such as the beauty rest black C-Class was discontinued and in place of it is the series 3 pillow top. But this is a great location and they have nothing to do with the warranty policies etc. Jerry was very helpful. Great staff, great location.”
