“Green acres is always a great time. I love their huge selection of plants and their staff is usually quite knowledgeable about how to care for the plants. Their pricing for pots can be quite expensive but their pricing for plants I think is fair. They even have ads that portray cool group planting ideas for plants so that you can mimic professional landscape decor.”

“We love our new chairs. The purchasing process was good, Kim was helpful and polite. No five star review due to the ridiculous delivery fee of $135.00. They did not call the day prior to confirm a delivery window, nor the delivery day. I had to call. Dear Macy’s leadership, if you’re going to offer a service called “white gloves delivery” then make it such. Just build the delivery fee into your pricing, since pick up is not an option. Then when delivered truly give white glove service. Remove from the boxes and take them with you to be recycled.”
“I can't speak more highly of the experience we had with CA Backyard. I had a very specific Woodard patio set we were looking for, I called the Roseville store and they pointed me to the Gold River store which had an actual sample of the piece I wanted. The staff there was fantastic and gave me a variety of quotes for set ups. My husband and I stopped into the Roseville store to finalize our purchase where he saw the loveseat version (same style but not the chairs we ordered) and was able to see the finish samples. They were able to pull up our quotes and worked with the staff member in Gold River who spent quite a bit of time with me. They gave us clear info on lead time and called us partway through to update us. When we picked up our 7 piece set it turned out 2 had a manufacturing defect and they worked with the manufacturer to replace the pieces in full. Also keeping us up to date on that timeline. Everyone was great to work with, and friendly. Even arranged to have a fabric sample sent to us from the manufacturer since we didn't find an umbrella color in their lineup that worked for us. Warehouse staff were also very friendly and helpful with loading! I don't anticipate needing to replace our patio set because it's amazing quality but when we're ready for new lounge furniture, outdoor kitchen stuff or a spa we will definitely be back!”

“Every time I have visited RH in the Roseville Galleria, I have had a very positive experience but today in particular was just such a phenomenal visit due to the outstanding service and hospitality that I received from Jason, Michael and Amanda. The 3 of them went above and beyond to assist us and really made us feel like valued customers. Today was the first time meeting Amanda and Michael but I have dealt with Jason many times in the past and he is excellent at his job. I hope RH knows how great these 3 are and how great they represent the RH brand. Thank you, Jason, Amanda and Michael for all that you did for us. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped us narrow down the perfect set. I was impressed how she showed us possibilities and made recommendations without overwhelming us with too many options. “Been going to this target for years always has great customer service and is mostly clean. The app is accurate and the order pickups always come fast. My son loves talking to Cobe up front about video games, very nice young man. My only gripe has to be people out in the parking lot. There's always homeless and people trying to sell me stuff, other than that it's a really nice store would recommend this location.”

“Moving into a new apartment and needed everything. When I went in back in March service was great. Extremely helpful picking out pieces that would work with what I was going for and making suggestions. Looked at a few other places before deciding and it was clear for the price and quality there was no place better than West Elm. I ended up Purchased a sofa, media unit, end table, floor lamp, and coffee table.
A couple items were delayed due to things going on in the strait with shipping, but Taylor who had helped me the entire time was fantastic. I'm still waiting on one final custom item, but other than that she's made adjustments where possible and responded extremely fast to any questions or concerns I've had. Recently I ended up wanting to switch my coffee table to the same unit but a a different color wood and she couldn't have made the process simpler. She's fantastic and a star at this store so if you need help I highly recommend requesting Taylor by name. Will definitely be looking at West Elm first in the future when I'm looking for more pieces to complete my space.”

“Great small location that gets the job done. Bad warranty policies from corporate not allowing direct replacement of similar models or comparable if previous model discontinued. Instead having to pay all of the inflated prices on the similar or predecessor of discontinued models. I should be eligible to get a direct replacement instead of having to always pick a new mattress and pay the difference especially if I loved the previous model that they discontinued such as the beauty rest black C-Class was discontinued and in place of it is the series 3 pillow top. But this is a great location and they have nothing to do with the warranty policies etc. Jerry was very helpful. Great staff, great location.”
