Had a very pleasant experience picking up Uhaul and equipment Sierra was very nice and answered all questions, picking up truck and returning very easy actually had to extend time customer service made the process easy all around excellent service.

My first time renting a stroage. so I have no clue of what size I needed. Sierra was so helpful if what size is best for my situation. Thanks a million for your kindness and making this moving experience a lot less stressful

Customer service was decent.No problems at all in and out with no appointment in less than 10 minutes. Got the truck it was a small one brand new.I give the whole experience a 4 out of 5. I will use this UHAUL again.
