“Almost always the cheapest fuel (gasoline or diesel) in any city where there is a Costco gas station. Refueling is fast and easy with multiple pumps on each lane.”
“This review is 5 stars for a recent shopping experience. Fourth of July weekend I was shopping in preparation for a large gathering. I had a flatbed cart overflowing with items and only my 6 year old daughter with me to help. By the end of the shopping trip at the checkout I was feeling super overwhelmed and unsure how I was going to safely get everything out to my car. One of the managers, Julio Espinoza, saw us and offered to help by grabbing another cart to split the items up. He so kindly helped me bring everything out to my car. I literally could not have done it without his help and appreciate it so much. This is the reason why I keep returning to Costco despite how busy it always is.”
“The Sams Club Pharmacy has repeatedly offered us the best service in the area. Calling in a prescription refill is easy and hassle free. Their refills are very prompt. They even made a great recommendation for a newer generation piece of equipment which we were unaware of that is smaller and easier to use.”

“Had an unusual part. Called Bay Power. They asked for a picture. I sent it. They responded within minutes with confirmation and price. Drove down and picked it up 20 minutes later. If they don't have it, chances are no one will. Great service, friendly people. Will shop again.”
“James from the Tire Center was super helpful. He helped me twice when my Husband's tire blew. He advised me what to do and helped me order the tire we needed. I set up an appointment once we got the tire and a different person was supposed to help us, but didn't provide much help. I had to reschedule an appointment to get my tire put on and luckily, James was there. He squared us away. I am super grateful for him and the dudes that were working today. He has great customer service, he was friendly, informative, and helpful.”
“Will always go to Sam’s club over other options. Parking lot always has spots, gas discount is amazing, never too crowded, and scan & go app is super fast! Food court is the best value in Placer, can’t go wrong with lunch combo under $2. Highly recommend, especially if you don’t want to fight with crowds at the other warehouse store.”

First, I would like to say thank you for switching to having people lineup instead of calling out orders.
I would like to ask you to please switch to assembly line method for food prep. One person making pizzas, one person, putting pizzas on plates and hotdog into bags and one person for guest interaction drinks and putting Ice Cream into cups.”

“It's never going to beat the customer service and nicer items as Costco, but they do have the option of using the Sam's Club app Scan & Go feature. That convenience is mainly the reason I still patronize this bulk store. I usually buy pantry staples like Yakult, organic juices, and kombucha not sold by Costco. Milk is also one staple purchase as they sell in single gallons. The other thing I don't like with Sam's are the receipt checkers who delay the shopper's egress. I get that they're shoplifting deterrents more than anything else, but they need a better system or more staff so the customers can be off to their merry ways quicker.”

“I like to order pickup early and get gas after. It's never crowded in the morning which is nice. There's no one lingering around asking for change or gas. The price of regular is probably the lowest around. The pumps are functional and I good working order. Plenty of windshield warsh liquid and the scrubber is in good condition.”
