“I brought my partner's vehicle in for an unusual circumstance, where the door panel had partially come off. It wasn't a big fix, however it required a special tool and knowledgeable hands! I was assisted by Joleana from the front end, and Colton from the back of house. She was kind, understanding and immediately noticed what needed to be dealt with by the technician. Colton was kind and immediately began fixing it. He was knowledgeable and skillful, and easily fixed the door panel within minutes. It was a simple fix, and it means the world to me! I had tried many things to fix it, with zero success. Within minutes it was fixed and I was on my way, with no charge. The folks over at Caliber Collision in Grass Valley are outstanding humans, who are skilled and very knowledgeable about any and all body work for vehicles. BIG thanks to Colton and Joleana for being so helpful and generous! I highly recommend their services.”

I've been going here for several years for different types of vehicles (old, new, 4WD, conversion van) and have nothing but great things to say. Spencer at the front desk is patient in explaining all things car-related to me (as I barely understand how to check my oil) and very honest in saying when a job it's not worth doing. Competitive prices and they won't charge you for extra stuff that the car doesn't actually needed.
10/10 recommend!”
“I feel so fortunate to have meet Chris, the owner of Davis Auto Care. After 10years of being a loyal customer to another local Auto shop, I reluctantly had to look for a new mechanic. The former shop I was using had grown to service so many vehicles, which required having more employees, and as the business grew, the quality of the work on my vehicles grew to be unacceptable.
Finding an owner operated shop has proven to be the ticket for quality service in my experience. I will no longer use any shop where the owner is not part of operations. Employees don't care about your vehicle the way a business owner does, the way Chris does!
Simply put, since Chris is the business owner and the lead mechanic in the shop, he is in a NO excuse situation to provide only the upmost best quality work, and so far, that has been my experience.
Thank you Chris for figuring out (in 2 days!) what my former auto shop couldn't fix in over a 5 month period!...
I'm so grateful for you getting me back on the road!!! I am actually looking forward to my next automobile need, so we can continue to iron out the shenanigans left by my former mechanics employees after the business owner stopped participating in operations...

They got me in & out just in time before they closed & even had to wait for parts to be delivered. I drive DoorDash so missing one day of driving hurts let alone a 3 day holiday weekend.
