All their jewelry is eye-catching and timeless. Jeweltique is a small quiet shop, obscure in the Hong Kong shopping plaza. It's an appointment only kinda of place. You won't know it's there unless you were told that this place exists by word of mouth. No, it's not super exclusive, its not in a location of the plaza that gets a lot of foot traffic and it's just an old fashioned way of business. It's a family run business and this family knows jewelry. There's three generations of knowledge and trade here. I was referred here by a friend and man was I hesitant on sharing by writing this review. I wanted to keep this as my hidden gem (pun intended). I was shopping for gifts for my mother in law. Louisa was referred to me and helped me pick out some jade pieces. There's definitely no pressure to buy anything! I waltzed in, had some great complimentary services, tried on all their jewelry and chatted with Louisa and her mother about what I'm looking for. They were patient with me as I was assessing each piece and asked a lot of questions. Louisa's mother is an expert on pearls, jade, diamonds, etc! She helped me slip on my jade bracelet like a glove. For most of their jewelry, they have certificates. I was surprised that they have the official grading certificates for their jade! They stand by their quality at competitive prices. When you run your hands or fingers along their diamonds with the prongs, it's smooth and doesn't scratch your skin. When you look at their pieces, it's beautifully crafted and sturdy. I love the jade pieces and so does my mother law! Stay sparkly and glossy yelpers!”
