“I stopped at Don Roberto Jewelers not knowing if I was going to find anything for my daughters birthday. Viviana assisted me and she showed me various options. Viviana was very patient with me and I ended up getting something I like with her assistance. Viviana was very courteous and great personality. I would not have been able to select without her assisting me. Great service Viviana and keep up the awesome work!!!!!!!! Esther Garnica”

“First time here was a year or two ago (I think) where I brought my aunt who wanted to get her bracelet fixed. We went in with the understanding we’d be paying but when as we were leaving our information they told us it was fixed and it was no charge. They were so nice and I liked their honesty. Fast forward to present, my mom and I went to the mall and stopped by just to look. I saw a ring I liked and put it on layaway, then we learned we could sell jewelry. Came back a couple days later w my mom to sell some jewelry and get some pieces resized/fixed. Everyone there was so patient and nice with us. Was able to get the ring I had put on layaway, got a ring resized, and my mom had some jewelry fixed! Me and my family will definitely be back! Loved their service and quality work”

I told them the last location said the ring was fine and regarding a stone I thought was chipped the other location told me everything was fine. Told me it was chipped and sent it in for replacement and I’m just so thankful for their amazing customer service and their kindness Rosa and Sophie were amazing.Thank you to the store manager as well for just being kind and taking care of me. “I visited the store to purchase a dress for a wedding. The representative, Angelina, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was unsure about how to style my outfit, and she assisted me in finding a belt and even suggested some jewelry. Although I wasn’t planning to spend money on accessories, she managed to convince me to do so. Thank you Angelina 🫶🏼🥂”
