“I’ve been here three times for three big moments in my life when I married my wife when I buried my wife and then when my little girl got married recently, and I must say my experience with customer service was top-of-the-line, but to me what stands out is a personal approach they take as beautiful human beings understanding your needs and hearing you out on your celebrations, Elizabeth took care of me in so many ways and she is truly why I continue to go back. She was attentive professional and above all a beautiful person with kindness and empathy. If you’re looking for a beautiful suit, this is definitely the place but if you’re looking for someone to be attentive and patient and professional this is definitely the place. I had the most beautiful experience thanks to Elizabeth and the staff that works there ask for her if you go here, she will take care of you and I know the other employees go above and beyond themselves I will always refer this place not just for the suits for the people that worked there for they make this experience exceptional thank you Elizabeth. I will be returning soon on my next event stay being you.”
“I had an amazing experience at this store thanks to one of your sales associates. I came in with my Meta glasses after a bike accident — the lens was broken and there was blood on the frame. Because my hand was injured, I asked if she could help replace the lens for me.
She didn’t hesitate at all. She grabbed sanitizer wipes, carefully cleaned off all the blood, and replaced the lens for me with so much kindness and zero judgment. Her professionalism and compassion truly surprised me. She turned a stressful moment into a positive one and absolutely made my day.
She was a young Asian woman, and although I don’t remember her name, I want to make sure she gets recognized. This was the best service I’ve ever received at this store.”

Zuni is so sweet and she was super helpful to my sister and I when we were looking for some on theme outfits for a mehndi celebration at the last minute ? She literally saved us and worked with us to find some beautiful pieces that would fit us (we are mid size to plus size) even going as far as reaching out to other people she knew to try to find outfits in our sizes. And I personally really loved that she was teaching us how to wear the outfits free of judgement.
All in all a great experience with Zuni ☺️”

“I give this place 4 stars, but based only on the customer service due to the fact that my brother was the one who paid for my children's rented suits and not sure how competitive their prices are firsthand. So my review is on what I saw while I was there. The gentleman who helped us from the beginning to the end was very knowledgeable. He was very patient with my children. As we all know how kids become a little restless when having to try on different sizes of clothes, he was quick with it. He got us our rental shoes and garments prepped in a timely manner. I would definitely come back if i needed to and would also recommend this place. 👍”

the first thing I noticed was how genuine and sincere she was with helping people and that carried over into her brand. there are artist all over the world who support her and wear her merch. she has amazing selection showcasing artistic creativity and an unparalleled relationships with all the bands she supports and endorses.
I have bought multiple shirts from her and the quality has always been good. my original metal babe shirt from 15 years ago still has the full logo and color intact which to many of you who buy band/music shirts know that never happens.
Generally when I buy a product. I am buying into the brand and the people it represents. I highly reccomend buying Metal Babe products. If you want support a good genuine person who runs an honest business and knows how to have the cutting edge image of the music involved, then Metal Babe Mayhem is where you should go.
as artist and consumers we rarely get the chance to shape or share our industry in a good way. As a fan we rarely get to support the growth of the scene without a huge cut going everywhere else.
I look forward to this brand in the next 20 years and continuing the support. I have rarely been able to say that with any other brands. Metal Babe Mayhem is truly a blessing and a gift to the fashion world and music world, we need more people like her.

“Dropped by Old Navy after picking up my meds from Sam's Club. It wasn't a busy day so we had the whole store to ourselves. The store was fully stocked with new items for spring. Most of tgem that my wife and I liked, so we ended up buying a lot of fashionable clothes for the season. Well organized store, clean, fully stocked and most of the items are on sale. There's a lot of selection for the season. When we were ready to pay, seems like there was only one person in store. I noticed that he was stashing away clothes and maning the register at the same time. Really attentive, helpful, professional gentleman. He took his time folding our purchase neatly and helped us save half the value of what we bought. I'm guessing he's the manager. Yes I would keep coming back to this place if staff are a like this person.”

“I had a great experience at BoxLunch (West Covina) thanks to Anari and Aaron. Anari, who was my cashier, was incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns. She even took the time to help me place an online order, truly going above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
Aaron was also very kind and helpful. He made sure to inform me about the great deals happening both in-store and online, which I really appreciated. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole shopping experience even better.
