I always send mail and parcel is good service. But I have asked they have not passport service.

I picked up a few packages from here; every time, the staff brought them out quickly, and the staff is always friendly. Even though there's always a line, it moves quickly.

Absolutely not, My package has been pending acceptance for 7 days now. I am certain someone in staff has stolen my package! Not only that. I have been on hold for an hour and a half now. Nobody picks up. It never arrived to the destination that I needed it to. If you see this post office be aware.
