“My puppy's ears were discovered late, and the treatment was delayed because of something. The inside of the ears has already become swollen. I went to two other pet hospitals. One didn't know what to do, and the other prescribed random medicines. However, when I went home and tried the swelling, I couldn't even apply the medicine on my own. The doctor couldn't have noticed it, so he just prescribed the usual medicine. The medicine just wants to sell one order and be done with it.This is the only company that has the kind of medicine that can be used once a week, which is very effective in relieving itchiness and has already improved within three weeks. The doctor was very conscientious. After using it twice, he found that one tube on one side was too much and it all leaked out. He took the initiative to help me reduce it to half a tube on one side. Logically speaking, I would earn half the money this way.So I still highly recommend this place. My ears were treated here twice. If it were not too far away from home, I would not have switched to another clinic. In short, I highly recommend this clinic for ear treatment.But the business hours are too awkward. Can we choose a day or two off in the middle of the week like other stores do? Everyone works on Monday and Friday, but the door is open on Saturday morning, which is very inconvenient.”
“They seem to know that I was as anxious as my cat! Everyone was so friendly and kind. They covered all his needs and I never felt pressured to do everything recommended. They were attentive to his anxiety as well. Brenna is amazing! She is efficient, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She's a keeper. What I appreciated most is the calm and friendly manner of everyone.

“We had a great experience with this hospital. Everybody including the staff are very nice, they were all caring and they know what they are doing. The cost is so affordable and they are also giving promos. The vet is genuinely caring for the pets and helping pet owners get an affordable price with great service. The care, kindness and overall service they provide are worth it. We live 30 mins away and we would be willing to travel this far and make them our primary hospital to our 5 pets (2 dogs, 3 cats).

“We've brought our pets here since 2020 and I can't reccomend a better vet. Our dog Roxie has been seen by tons of vets over the years but he was the first to notice the health issues that were so apparent after he explained them to us. We've taken all of our dogs here since and even after moving an hour away, we make the trip to see Doctor Ash. He is the only vet I know that truly cares for your pets well being and is realistic and reasonable with treatment options. He was patient with our dogs who were terrified of vets, understood their body language and how to approach. And with my dog who has no fear of the vet, he gets right to it and still treats my boy with respect. We will never go to another vet again! ?❤️”
“We took our 12 week Golden Retriever puppy to County Line to see Dr Lee. What a great Vet! Our appointment was on time, kind and courteous, and an overall great experience. Dr Lee looked over Zack carefully, and helped us (as new puppy owners) feel confident and at ease with all our questions. i.e. vaccine schedules, puppy biting, feeding, and upcoming visits. The field of veterinary care is so challenging... and County Line Vets do it so well. 5 stars. Highly recommend!”
“After getting our first cat together, my boyfriend and I wanted to find a vet we could trust. We have had some negative experiences in the past with our family pets, but we are new to the area and we were excited to get a fresh start with our own new fur baby.
We adopted Cash knowing he had some upper respiratory stuff going on, because his personality was just so unique. Being a bit sick wasnt his fault, and he just matched our personalities very well.
The staff and Dr.Dimitra were very straightforward and honest about possibilities, pricing, and any reasoning behind any tests. He needed many, because he had severe GI issues and was still sneezing and congested. They gave us options and listed out pros and cons of each cleanly. We decided to get all of Cash's tests done so we could find what was going on with him and help him get better as soon as possible. They were able to find he was positive for FCV and multiple parasites, and they helped set us up with his medications to treat his issues. It's also worth noting that they take great care in keeping spaces safe for other pets. Since they believed Cash could be contagious, they kept him seperate from other shared spaces and requested my boyfriend wait outside of the lobby with him while I waited for his prescription.
During the time of treatment, any time I had questions, Dr.Dimitra and the care team at sunnycrest was just a simple email or call away. They consistently respond to my questions within hours and they were very supportive and understanding with me when I had expressed issues administering his medications.
Though it is still very early in Cash's life, we feel quite blessed to have found Sunnycrest for any of his medical needs. I do like them there, and look forward to working with them in the future for his annual check ups.”

“I came here after an absolutely awful experience at Southern California Animal Hospital, and they graciously accepted me and my cat last minute for much needed xrays. I live over an hour away from SCAH and Adam's, and I very much appreciated them seeing me, especially when it was close to their lunchtime and my cat's meds had worn off, so she was SPICY. The front desk, techs, and doctor were all so friendly and helpful, and even apologetic about my experience with the first place. I am so grateful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
“Friendly, privately owned, courteous & attentive staff. Compassionate vet staff. Kind to people & pets, not brusk or overly focused on doing their own task/workday stuff rather than beingbwith you and/or pet. Will work with you financially to help your pet. Decent parking, keeps appt times, allows walk-ins, will transfer previous vet records to them.
One thing that is defficient is not having some kind of on-site pickup pharmacy for standard meds, particularly flea/tick pills & the like. They will provide pills, ointments, etc. for surgical procedures, obviously. But for other things, waiting & submitting subscriptions is tedious.”
“I took my cat in to get her blood drawn to check her medication levels. The vet was nice, thorough and understanding that I couldn't afford all the tests she wanted done.
This animal hospital has the feel of a small town vet but has access to all the modern high tech services one could need. It is a small place, almost cozy, so there is never a lot of people waiting. I really like the vet, too.”

“This was my first time visiting this veterinary office. I was bringing in a stray cat that I had to trap to be looked at. And the office was very accommodating. When I walked in the office was absolutely spotless, which isn't usually the case in a veterinary office naturally with animals running all over the place. The staff were welcoming and assisted me with the stray cat so that he could be examined. I really had a great experience from start to finish at this office. I would recommend coming here for your fur babies and or strays that you just don't have the heart to watch suffer. ❤️”

Finally, after several customers asked any employees about getting another register open and we're told they couldn't open one, magically, after more than 10 minutes and 10 people waiting in self check out, a register was opened.”

“I spoke to Dr. Cruz via text and he was able to give me an upfront estimate of my dog's mass removal. I appreciate that he was responsive and honest with me. He seems genuinely invested in his patients care and not profit because not once did he try to push for us to do additional tests (we previously experienced this at another vet). Their pricing is also affordable as well. Staff was kind as well, and all seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing. I felt like we were leaving our dog in good hands and they proved this to be correct.”

“Brought my boy in he needed a same day appointment they were fast, friendly, took my budget into consideration and made a plan to do what we could at the cheapest cost. They didn't judge me for that decision like some vets do. And didn't push any further that I needed to spend more. I'm really happy with my outcome, although expensive, what vet isn't right? Also the place itself is lovely, it's clean, nicely decorated, chairs in our room so we were comfortable the whole time. I'd recommend this place if you need an urgent appointment.”
