“Dr. Cruz and the rest of the staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive, and I’m genuinely grateful I'm able to reach out to him for my dogs' problems over the past couple years. My 11-year-old labrador had been seen at an emergency vet for vomiting and dry heaving, where X-rays showed suspected foreign material in his duodenum that might have required surgery.
Even though my dog wasn’t an established patient with Dr. Cruz, he still took the time to respond to me and even let me know he could perform the surgery if it became necessary. He gave me clear instructions on what to watch for and how to manage my dog at home in the meantime.
Thankfully, my dog ended up passing the foreign material on his own and is doing much better now. I really appreciated how approachable and reassuring Dr. Cruz was during a very stressful situation. It meant a lot to me, and I would absolutely recommend him.”
“okay so i took my cat here for a checkup and honestly i was kinda nervous becuase she hates car rides but the staff was so patient and chill about everything. they even let her hide under the chair for a bit while they asked me questions she is so dramatic lol. they did a full exam and checked her teeth and everything and explained things really clearly without pushing any extra stuff. the vet was super nice and actually remembered my cats weird name from last time which i thought was adorable. definately found my new spot for vet stuff ill be coming back for sure.”

“After getting our first cat together, my boyfriend and I wanted to find a vet we could trust. We have had some negative experiences in the past with our family pets, but we are new to the area and we were excited to get a fresh start with our own new fur baby.
We adopted Cash knowing he had some upper respiratory stuff going on, because his personality was just so unique. Being a bit sick wasnt his fault, and he just matched our personalities very well.
The staff and Dr.Dimitra were very straightforward and honest about possibilities, pricing, and any reasoning behind any tests. He needed many, because he had severe GI issues and was still sneezing and congested. They gave us options and listed out pros and cons of each cleanly. We decided to get all of Cash's tests done so we could find what was going on with him and help him get better as soon as possible. They were able to find he was positive for FCV and multiple parasites, and they helped set us up with his medications to treat his issues. It's also worth noting that they take great care in keeping spaces safe for other pets. Since they believed Cash could be contagious, they kept him seperate from other shared spaces and requested my boyfriend wait outside of the lobby with him while I waited for his prescription.
During the time of treatment, any time I had questions, Dr.Dimitra and the care team at sunnycrest was just a simple email or call away. They consistently respond to my questions within hours and they were very supportive and understanding with me when I had expressed issues administering his medications.
Though it is still very early in Cash's life, we feel quite blessed to have found Sunnycrest for any of his medical needs. I do like them there, and look forward to working with them in the future for his annual check ups.”
“Excellent doctors, sweet nurses. Help my dog with sickness. They are not the cheapest place, but they are very caring veterinary professional. Always willing to schedule me in to see a vet or nurse depending of case, If dog or pet not too sick maybe got to wait a day or so but if dog is really sick one can depend on them, like said , 4 stars to me is like a B+++ to A- rating 5 is perfect and no vet is perfect right so I cannot give 5 stars. 4 is beyond and above average vets and I been to bad ones that cheat and trick you when you need their help .
St Francis is honest and caring. Thank you veterinary doctor and their sweet nurses. Much love to you guys they work hard , again not the cheapest out there.”

“I needed to schedule Monty for his rabies vaccination and booster shots, and the staff was able to give us an appointment for the very next day. Monty does not like being handled by strangers, so the veterinarian prescribed medication beforehand to help ease his anxiety. It made a big difference, and this was his best visit yet.
As always, the staff was attentive, patient, and gentle with him. I truly appreciate their prompt service, reasonable fees, and friendly, caring staff. Highly recommended.”

“Doctor saw our dog post hospitalization as per doctor’s recommendation-Our dog received supplemental IV hydration, one half day stay cost of $150 until 5pm, $60 consultation fee, and additional fess to include iv medication for a total $535.14. They were personable and gentle of our dog’s condition. Blood work expected to cost $200-ish on Friday.”

Dr Garcia and his team took amazing care of my pup Charlotte through her surgery and issues that came with her getting older. Never once did I feel that Charlotte's best interests were not the main focus. Never a money grab like some vets. They truly care about your pup and YOU. Every single one of the ladies up front, the vet tech, and both doctors were amazing. They treated both Charlotte and I with the utmost respect, care, and compassion. Upon Charlotte's passing, it was a pleasant suprise to receive a card in the mail from them signed by everyone. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust my four dogs with anyone else.
The clinic is always super clean, but what I love most is how the doctors truly care. You can tell they aren't just doing their jobs—they really put their hearts into treating every patient with so much detail. Plus, the entire staff is just incredibly kind every time we walk in.
The pricing might be a bit higher than some other places,
but in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth it for the level of care and peace of mind you get. You really get what you pay for, especially when it comes to family.
