The manager was not very polite. The other woman was more courteous. I was bringing my application for a passport and while manager was giving instructions; very short with me.

We came here for a passport because we couldn’t get an appointment nearby. We arrived a little before our appointment but was helped right away. Jesse was an amazing help! He answered all of questions and was so nice! I would honestly drive out here again for passport help.

We drove here from the East Bay because there were no passport appointments to be had near us. The person who helped us send off our passport renewal forms was very friendly, kind, efficient and knowledgeable! We were very relieved and impressed with the service.
