Never had an issue with mail delivery and everyone is always polite. The mail delivered properly and shipped properly as well. I only wish they were opened on Saturdays too.

“After reading all the bad reviews, I almost regretted making an appointment here to process a passport.
When I arrived the lady at the counter had a smile on her face... I thought, how can this be possible? this doesn't make sense lol.
Long story short, I don't remember the lady's name, I think it was Carolina (I apologize if that's not it). The important things is that she was the nicest, most helpful person I ever dealt with at a post office.
Maybe the rude lady left/got fired, or maybe it was just my lucky Tuesday at 10 a.m.”
