A-1 Auto Repair is a trustworthy and honest auto shop in Sacramento. Ron and his staff provide top tier care with reasonable and affordable pricing. They are known for their patience, dedication, and expertise, working diligently on a wide range of vehicles including Acuras, BMWs, Porsches, and Toyotas. Customers report that the service is often more affordable than specialty European auto shops. The business is praised for its honesty, as Ron never upsells and will advise customers to wait on repairs that are not pressing. He takes time to explain what is needed and is incredibly friendly, working hard to fit customers in. The shop is clean with a nice wait area. They are good at providing estimates first and do not overcharge, sometimes not charging for certain parts or labor. They are also attentive and patient with all customers. While they can be slow and close for lunch from around 12 to 2 pm, their hours are not posted. Overall, customers highly recommend A-1 Auto Repair, calling them reliable and honest, and state they would not take their car to anyone else in the Sacramento area.
Best mechanic in Sacramento. I’ve been bringing all of my family’s cars here for 3 years. Honest, trustworthy, and great prices. Ron and his team are the best.
