“It was my first time going there. My car was not starting and after a road assistance check we knew it might tbe an starter issue. I called ahead of time to make sure they could take car, I had AAA tow it there and the staff were really gracious. They explained they will be doing a diagnostic on the car and call me with pricing. They reached out the same day explained everything clearly, discussed urgent fixes and future things to keep in mind. The prices were fair, so I went ahead with them. Overall the process was seamless, the car was fixed in a timely manner and it has been working perfectly since them. I have become a customer for life.”

“I had to replace my 2008 Prius’s HID headlights, but the dealership—and several other shops I called—wanted $600+ just to replace the bulbs. No one would repair the actual cause of the failure: moisture collecting inside the headlight assembly due to known factory seal defects. Instead, they said I needed to replace the entire headlight assembly for about $700 per side. They also warned the moisture may have damaged the HID ballast control units, adding another $500 per side.
After staring at an estimate that could have topped $2,000 just to get my headlights working again, I found PK Prius Repair.
From my first interaction, I knew I had found a shop that was knowledgeable, passionate about their work, and honest. They kept me informed every step of the way and even provided photos of what they found and repaired.
PK Prius Repair went above and beyond my expectations. They fixed the moisture issue inside the headlight assembly, cleaned and verified all the electrical connections, replaced the failed ballast control unit, and installed new HID bulbs. The work was completed quickly, and the total cost was exactly what was estimated: less than 1/3 of what the dealership wanted.
I can’t recommend PK Prius Repair highly enough for their professionalism, quality, speed, and fair pricing. This is exactly what working with an auto repair shop should be like.”

“This center, located at 5851 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, not only did an awesome job on my car, but also did it fast! The intake took only 30 mins, then they transferred us to Enterprise for picking up a rental car. Throughout the repairs they stayed in touch every day, texting me updates. Such level of communication just gives you a peace of mind. When we got our car back, the center told us they would take the rental car back to Enterprise. And our car was good as new, washed and vacuumed! We are completely satisfied with their impeccable work, competency, customer friendly service and professionalism. If you need your car to be well taken care of - this is the place to go. I know, they will be changing their location. Maybe they will provide the new address in a comment.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision and especially Yadi. I was already super frustrated and stressed out dealing with my car situation, but they made the entire process so easy from start to finish.
Yadi was amazing to work with. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made me feel like everything was under control when I definitely wasn’t feeling that way myself. The customer service was incredible, and when I got my car back, it honestly looked like nothing had ever happened. You would never know my car had been through anything.
What could have been a really stressful experience ended up being surprisingly smooth because of their team. They worked with me every step of the way and made a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with.
I sincerely hope I never need collision repairs again, but if I do, I’ll be coming right back to Caliber Collision. While waiting, I observed a steady stream of customers dropping by to have their vehicle serviced. No appointment, no problem. Everyone was treated with consideration and courtesy.
