“This center, located at 5851 Auburn Blvd., Sacramento, not only did an awesome job on my car, but also did it fast! The intake took only 30 mins, then they transferred us to Enterprise for picking up a rental car. Throughout the repairs they stayed in touch every day, texting me updates. Such level of communication just gives you a peace of mind. When we got our car back, the center told us they would take the rental car back to Enterprise. And our car was good as new, washed and vacuumed! We are completely satisfied with their impeccable work, competency, customer friendly service and professionalism. “IN AND OUT. Actually, faster than In N Out Burger! I think I spent a total of 10 minutes at this location. They were able to Smog check my car so quickly. The staff is friendly, quick, and responsive. I happened to bring up a small issue/question about my vehicle, and the tech at the front desk actually went the extra mile to pull up a video on a simple self-fix to show me. I will be back and I will be telling my friends about this place!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision and especially Yadi. I was already super frustrated and stressed out dealing with my car situation, but they made the entire process so easy from start to finish.
Yadi was amazing to work with. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made me feel like everything was under control when I definitely wasn’t feeling that way myself. The customer service was incredible, and when I got my car back, it honestly looked like nothing had ever happened. You would never know my car had been through anything.
What could have been a really stressful experience ended up being surprisingly smooth because of their team. They worked with me every step of the way and made a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with.
I sincerely hope I never need collision repairs again, but if I do, I’ll be coming right back to Caliber Collision. “I've never had a better experience getting my car looked at. It ended up being bad news too, the parts discontinued, no fault of theirs. But the service both in person and over the phone was just consistently great. Family owned business that's been around for quite a while I hear, and I my new go-to place for anything we need done to our vehicles.
My fiance recently lost his father, which was a huge loss in many ways, including the fact he was our best mechanic, so simply knowing we have someone new we can trust again to do business with is just a small load off of some very weighted shoulders lately. Couldn't be more greatful.”
“Although I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before my car was pulled into the shop for new tires, they were very efficient in completing the work. While waiting, I observed a steady stream of customers dropping by to have their vehicle serviced. No appointment, no problem. Everyone was treated with consideration and courtesy. One customer brought lunch for the entire staff. It was apparent that customers like doing business there. It was an impressive experience in seeing how people respond to being treated as a valued customer.”
“Look no further for an auto repair shop. I took my cars to Evert Automotive in the 1990s when they were located in Elk Grove. They were always honest, thorough, reasonably priced and had great customer service. Fast forward 30 years and nothing has changed except for the location. Went in to Evert this morning for an oil change that the Chevy dealer told me was overdue. They checked and found that the oil is clean and full and a change is unnecessary. They then checked all of the fluids, belts, hoses and the battery. They checked the tire pressure which was low and filled to spec and reset the maintenance light. Not only did they save me money by not doing an unnecessary oil change that I would have never known wasn't needed, but they didn't charge me anything for everything else they did! It's not that easy finding an honest business these days and I was so happy to see that Evert has only gotten better in 30 years. Side note - they have a comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee and snacks.
I highly recommend them.”
