“I've never had a better experience getting my car looked at. It ended up being bad news too, the parts discontinued, no fault of theirs. But the service both in person and over the phone was just consistently great. Family owned business that's been around for quite a while I hear, and I my new go-to place for anything we need done to our vehicles.
My fiance recently lost his father, which was a huge loss in many ways, including the fact he was our best mechanic, so simply knowing we have someone new we can trust again to do business with is just a small load off of some very weighted shoulders lately. Couldn't be more greatful.”

“Walked in without an appointment and was out in 40 minutes. When I walked in there were three people in the waiting area so I thought it would be a while but they were very fast and efficient.
When one of the patrons cars didn't pass, they explained that she had a active recall and an issue with her EGR valve and then told her how to get that resolved.

“It was my first time going there. My car was not starting and after a road assistance check we knew it might tbe an starter issue. I called ahead of time to make sure they could take car, I had AAA tow it there and the staff were really gracious. They explained they will be doing a diagnostic on the car and call me with pricing. They reached out the same day explained everything clearly, discussed urgent fixes and future things to keep in mind. The prices were fair, so I went ahead with them. Overall the process was seamless, the car was fixed in a timely manner and it has been working perfectly since them. I have become a customer for life.”

The intake took only 30 mins, then they transferred us to Enterprise for picking up a rental car. Throughout the repairs they stayed in touch every day, texting me updates. Such level of communication just gives you a peace of mind. When we got our car back, the center told us they would take the rental car back to Enterprise. And our car was good as new, washed and vacuumed! We are completely satisfied with their impeccable work, competency, customer friendly service and professionalism. If you need your car to be well taken care of - this is the place to go. I know, they will be changing their location. Maybe they will provide the new address in a comment.”

They quickly changed the oil and also do a safety inspection and sent the results, with photos, via a text to a link to view. There was no pressure to have those services do there. “This location has great service and awesome employees ready to help with any of your exhaust projects. Brought in a custom exhaust for my Suzuki DRZ that needed an adapter piece welded on the mid-pipe to properly fit the muffler to the rest of the system (see first pic - before the adapter). The shop welder knew exactly what was up. Left the pieces with him and asked him not to gouge me on labor. He called me less than an hour later to tell me it was ready. They charged me a half hour of labor and did a great job, the pieces fit perfectly. Two thumbs up for the customer service and willingness.”
