I walked in for transfer of ownership, and the rep at front desk looked over my documents and said to take a seat and your name will called when it's my turn so after 40 minutes they called my name and the lady at the window didn't even let me sit down but immediately said we can't service you here because it's a salvage title vehicle and I would have to go to the DMV office for the service. The rep at the front desk should have known that and should have turned me away but instead let me wait 40 minutes and wasted my time. So I figured they let a new hire an inexperienced rep sit at the front desk. And not to mention 3 hours waited for the tow service in the middle of nowhere in the dark of night. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the service they provide, but the customer experience should improve and get better. Life would be worse if AAA service was not available. I'm glad they do provide service nonetheless.

RUBEN TORRES !! REMEMBER THAT NAME !! Ruben Torres is the reason why I choose to stay with Triple A , I was stranded , I called for help , I was in a bad area & it was a total disaster , Ruben showed up ; smiled at me and said ,”DONT WORRY , THE REASON YOU HAVE TRIPLE A , IS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ; YOU RELAX & LET ME WORRY ABOUT IT” I was so shocked when he said those words ; I felt so bad seeing him work so hard steering by him self , putting out 2X4’s before loading to ensure my bumper is safe from scratches (I’ve never seen that before) & Ruben was sweating but still had a smile on his face ! Are you kidding me !? GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE !!!!! THANK YOU RUBEN ! Thanks to you , I can sleep knowing you took care of our problems ! THANK YOU !

I feel sad to know that Mr Alvaro Perez is not longer in that office l, I know Mr Perez for long time always willing to asusto you, help you, he was there for me when my daughter got her first vehicle. Shame on AAA instead to keep good team members you driven away. So sad

The news is out! Alvaro from this office along with 9 other successful agents filed a lawsuit against AAA for wrongfully termination, age discrimination, discrimination against minorities and union retaliation. AAA needs to do a serious reflection of their decisions. Yes, you will save money from cutting commissions from successful agents. There is a justice system in place, big corporations! This kind of bad behavior will one day turn around and bite you by the tail.

When I called about aaa car insurance the guy was very confusing about how AAA works as a member and insurance company. It was like instead of talking direct he went all around the world to explain it and it confused me initially. He seems frustrated then I said to him the basics of it and he YEAH and I'm like then why didn't you say it like that instead of going all around the world? Warning #1. When I called to cancel membership and insurance they canceled membership then transferred me to cancel the insurance. Then it hung up. I called back and now they're closed. So I had to pay 3 more days of pro rate. Warning #2 I called Monday to cancel insurance and the guy was a total Karen, if Karen could be a guy. Oozing this pretentious attitude and bad condescending vibes for a person who simply works at a AAA satellite office. I'm like bro McDonald's is paying $20/hour now so you're not above the board anymore. Kept talking down to me and had this snarky tone the entire time. Told him to tone down the vibe, maybe AAA can give him a policy quote on a full service office side attitude change. Warning 3 Wasn't and will not be my first choice again. The only reason I went with them is every other insurance makes you wait two weeks inside California, welcome to CA!

I really like the convenience of the branch office in our community! Customer Service is excellent, efficient, and waiting is minimal. It's in a shopping center where you can take care of grocery shopping, cleaner, grabbing a bite, getting gas and visiting a AAA branch office.

AAA is expensive but you get the quality service. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Candice is been helping me with my insurance policy every time i need help with. Very responsive and professional.
