American River Self Storage is the best storage place from experience. The locally owned company has very friendly and professional staff who are always on site. The place is very clean and well maintained with high security. Each unit is alarmed and there are double gates. They offer fair prices without sudden price hikes and are very fair with late payments. The units are secure, providing a positive experience that comes highly recommended.
I have used multiple storage places in the Sacramento area. This place is the best! It is clean. No visible rat droppings or bugs. It is not dusty-- inside the space or in the common areas. The cart seems to always be available and the gates work. Most important, the staff are pleasant and professional. Two thumbs up.

I don't get much time to go out and visit my unit, but they are very helpful over the phone and I can pay my bills and ask any questions. Great customer service and highly recommended
