Worst customer service ever. The guy didn’t even want to help me set my new iPhone up or get anything transferred. He gave me me new phone in the box and said have a nice day. I’m disappointed because I was the only customer in the store at the time as well. If I could give no stars I would.

Most phone service and internet companies have bad reviews. This is valid. AT&T has given me many headaches. The people seem nice, but communication within AT&T sucks. Corporate, contractors, and customer service representatives "loyalty department " fail to be on the same page.

LEVI is a straight up liar. I went in for a new phone and he signed me up for home internet and said it would be $30 a month. It's $60 and that's with a $10 promotion. You can apparently apply for a discount but it's dependent on income and he literally did not mention that. Also said I wouldn't need a technician when I don't even have a broadband Jack in my apt. Levi sucks and I'll never come in here again. Hope he gets a flat tire in the rain.

Long phone wait time. No help when I called back the second time either. The way he talked, he forgot I was on hold the first time. I ended up calling a dealer in my home state. He was Awesome in my home state. However, this location on Arden Way was of poor service quality.

This is the 2nd time we come to this store to trade in our iPhone. The people here are nice and they work efficiently! We received a great service here. All questions answered. We got what we wanted. Thanks!??

This store was helpful, informative and extremely helpful. Levi was especially helpful and very patient. Directed in the right direction!! I will never go to another AT&T Store.

Levi was incredibly perfect as he multitasked and made me wanna stay at Att forever and recommend more family- The corporate store disrespected me as if they had NO TIME AND LET ME GO WITHOUT contacts being transferred.Levi is a STAR✨✨✨

For being in one of the busiest malls in the nine one six, they were short staffed and people had to wait 15 minutes before they could get help from an employee and when the employee went to the manager to get help with my situation, well the manager was sitting down chit chatting with friends while customers waited to be seen. I wasn’t happy with the outcome of my visit, they didn’t try to work with me about it and told me to call corporate because there was nothing they could do. I tried to return their equipment because I was unable to afford because I was laid off from work. They said and I quote “ we don’t want it back” however if I keep the box and stop service it will go to a collection agency and a negative on my credit report.

It's a lonely spot. No other customers while I was here. But that was GREAT! No waiting and excellent customer service! (Shhhh, don't tell anybody)

Probably the best experience I’ve had establishing services with any phone carrier. It was a pleasure working with a gentleman by the name of DJ. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Happy to have joined AT&T!

Very friendly staff. I came here to trade in my phone got the best offer. DJ helped me and explained entire process. I would say one of the best staff experience. WELL DONE ATT YOU HAVE THE BEST STAFF WITH BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This will be my store when ever i need any help.

Levi is awesome! Helped us transfer the information from the old to the new phone and get a new charger. He is a great listener, efficient and very personable. I'm glad we chose this store to come to!
