Came from Denver Colorado and my Husband’s phone was not working. Beverly got us in and out with a new phone and transferred everything to the new phone in a fast and timely manner so we could be back on track with our family plans. Thanks for the fast service we thought it was going to take hours.

Apparently there is a glitch in your Opius AI server thing and after paying the full amount of my old phone to get the upgrade, it kept saying that I owed a penny. The penny was paid several times even by one of the store clerks but it keeps saying that I owe a penny and therefore an unable to get an upgrade. A waste of my time as I had to go there 2 days and get no resolution. The "top IT managers" that the store reps called couldn't help either, and we're all around unhelpful. It wasn't their problem. I was going to be signing up for a new 3-year contract with a new phone through at&t, but now I'm having serious serious doubts. Verizon is offering a lot as well. I might switch back to them
