Hours: Banfield Pet Hospital in Sacramento provides quality health and wellness care for dogs, cats, and small animals. The facility offers a range of services including routine vaccinations, microchipping, dental care, and surgical procedures. The veterinarians and staff are dedicated to promoting responsible pet ownership and preventive health care. Many customers appreciate the affordable monthly insurance plans that cover regular visits and vaccinations, making pet care more accessible, especially for those on a fixed income. However, some reviews express concerns about recent changes, including significant fee increases and a policy that does not allow pet owners to be present during certain procedures. While some clients appreciate the transparent and fair pricing, others have noted a decline in the quality of service. Despite these issues, many long-time customers have had positive experiences, highlighting the kindness and understanding shown by the staff, especially during difficult times such as euthanasia. Overall, Banfield Pet Hospital is recognized for its commitment to pet health and customer care, with many recommending it as a reliable choice for pet owners seeking comprehensive and affordable veterinary services. Current patients hope that the Sacramento location maintains the same high standards they have experienced in other locations.
