They offer quick, on-the-spot repairs and fixes, often for simple problems, and sometimes do not even charge for the service. They are knowledgeable and can diagnose issues, handling various vacuums including Oreck and Rainbow models, even older ones. Customers are happy with the repairs and help, finding it a family-friendly place. They are highly recommended, and customers will definitely return and drive a distance for such service.
