I'm an experienced BestBuy consumer. Over the course of the years I have bought 2 ovens and 1 microwave. A sound bar. Each and every unit bought malfunctioned or broke not lasting long. 2 caused damage to my home. A Samsung oven I bought from them caught on fire. Samsung took care of the bill. I thought ok nothing of BestBuy at the time. I then bought a GE CAFE oven. The unit malfunctioned right away requiring service. A bunch of parts replaced. Still malfunctioned. GE replaced it. Currently I have a GE microwave bought from Bestbuy that burned up popcorn. Week prior it also malfunction delayed popping but then popped. It also has been overheating food. It's only 2 yrs old. Over the range micro. It caused smoke damage to my home. I'm in the middle of that nightmare claim. Then the soundbar I bought from them 4 yrs ago died. I see a trend. I will never buy appliances or electronics from BestBuy pretty much I'm not shopping here no more. Something strange going on. Their delivery services are horrible and damage items where you have to reject it and request another one. My guess is they mishandle product and it's getting damaged.

I recently visited this location with a sister friend who was purchasing a computer monitor, as we walked in the store she spotted the one she was interested which was right in the front of the store, as she inspected the item , a young man Adrian came right over to help us , he grabbed the item , took it to the register, helped my friend reinstate her Best Buy account and helped us to the car with the Monitor! In and Out in less than 12 minutes ... Outstanding customer service, friendly and knowledgeable! My sister friend also left her driver license at the register and he called her right away so she could double back before we hit the highway , He came outside as she pulled up and brought the license which was awesome because she recently had hip surgery , so a lot of walking can be a little much for her... Give that young man raise!! Would I patronize this location again, absolutely ! The prices are good and outstanding Customer service is everything !

Terrible service, waited for curbside pick up for almost an hour. Finally went inside just for them to be standing there and not doing anything the whole entire time

I went in to trade in my MacBook for a newer version. They erased my computer just to tell me they cannot re install a certain software they need to go through with the trade in. Mind you this process took over 2 hours and I eventually left for about 40 minutes to go to the store as she told me she Dosent know how long it takes. The lady at geek squad had no remorse and did not care at all. Not what I wanted after an 11 hour shift I wish I would have known this location was going to waste my time

This is my go-to place when I need a wall mount for a TV in a hurry and believe it or not it happens more often than I would hope for. They have a great selection of mounting hardware and their signature line is high quality and very reasonably priced. I always order it on line and pick it up in-store. I have tried the curbside service twice - and BOTH times it was a mess. So now I just run in - go straight to the counter, pick it up, and out the door within TWO Minutes. I

They will deliver for online orders, but they don't stay to the promised delivery window of 24hrs so that can cause concerns about the order statuses... So best to go into store in person and buy the item.

4 stars because it’s Best Buy. They lose one star for their car audio section. No one seemed to know anything about car audio and they weren’t much help. I still ended up buying what I came for.

I have no idea the best but still open lol employees don't acknowledge you exist when you ask for help they just say they busy lol on rainny Wednesday and there no cashiers this is my 3rd time coming trying to buy a computer and not buying one because it's impossible because everyone that works here don't actually work they just talk to each other
