“I’ve had my windshield replaced at three other shops in Sacramento before, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had - everything was in stock and they offered a same day service but I opted to come in the next morning. I called around for quotes, and this location not only had the best price for the Honda Accord I needed a windshield replaced for but also provided outstanding customer service—everyone was polite and professional. Four other places I called for a quote had to grab a manager or I was speaking to the manager and they had to price match to get near what this business quoted me on my very first call. I dropped my car off on a Saturday right at opening (8:30), went to grab breakfast with my dad, and before we even got our food I got the call that my car was already finished! The speed, quality, and price can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and it’s now my go-to for any windshield work.”

“I needed to replace my rear view mirror and didn't quite know how. I already had the replacement mirror. I called Hayes since the mirror was attached to the front windshield. They told me to stop by so they could take a look and they were able to swap out the old for the new literally within 5 minutes of arriving. Apparently it just needed a certain tool. Because of the ease they didn't even charge me. But the service was great and they are very friendly and helpful. They definitely have a customer the next time I have an actual issue with my car. I recently brought my vehicle to Gerber Collision and Glass at 1400 Sproule Ave, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! After an accident, my insurance company severely lowballed my repair costs, but from the moment I stepped through the doors at Gerber, I was impressed.
Ashawna was my first point of contact, and her customer service was extraordinary. I had my vehicle towed in and wasn’t able to be there when it arrived, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Both Ashawna and Cassie made sure everything was taken care of smoothly.
When I did arrive, Cassie personally escorted me to my vehicle and pointed out damage the insurance company had missed entirely. The team contacted my insurance company on my behalf and managed to get a second inspection scheduled. Unfortunately, even after that, my insurance company still refused to cover the total repair, so I had to take the vehicle elsewhere to get all of the damage fixed.
Despite this, when I went back to pick up my vehicle, the front desk and management were completely understanding and sympathetic to the situation. It was clear that their goal was to make the process as easy as possible for me, and they absolutely succeeded.
Gerber Collision and Glass has more than earned my business as my “go-to” shop for all future auto body and glass repairs. Their level of professionalism, dedication, and customer service is unmatched, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
