Sabah drove out to my place of employment on the same day and the service lasted approximately 1 hour and a half. Sabah was a complete professional and also very respectful. “I’ve had my windshield replaced at three other shops in Sacramento before, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had - everything was in stock and they offered a same day service but I opted to come in the next morning. I called around for quotes, and this location not only had the best price for the Honda Accord I needed a windshield replaced for but also provided outstanding customer service—everyone was polite and professional. Four other places I called for a quote had to grab a manager or I was speaking to the manager and they had to price match to get near what this business quoted me on my very first call. I dropped my car off on a Saturday right at opening (8:30), went to grab breakfast with my dad, and before we even got our food I got the call that my car was already finished! The speed, quality, and price can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and it’s now my go-to for any windshield work.”

“Came in for a cracked windshield on my 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. Called ahead for an out-the-door quote and it was lower than what I saw from a few other places.
I asked if I could work from their lobby while they handled it and they were cool with it. Got the WiFi when I arrived and just worked off my laptop the whole time.
Took about 3 hours like they said. Everything came out clean and no issues afterward.
I actually sent a photo to a friend who owns a windshield shop in another state and he was impressed with the quality for the price. Said it probably comes down to the volume they handle.
Overall just a smooth experience. Would come back if I needed anything again.”

“About 14 years ago they tinted my van's windows, and their work has held up like new. I had to go back for some clear door guard on another car, which is where my insurance body repair shop recommended. I was surprised that they now offered much more that just window tinting, so I scheduled to get my van done. The Sprinter Van has 280k miles on it and really hadn't been detailed, at least as well as they did it. Window hard spots gone, seat stains, gone, headlights cleared, wheels couldn't look better, engine great, and everything else you'd expect. Couldn't be happier, and it was done in reasonable about of time and price.
Feb 6,2026 Van now has around 365k miles and Rocky Mountain continues to provide great service. Went in for a wash and wax and it looks as good as new.”
“First let me say scheduling and communication were very easy. I used Auto Glass Now mobile service and I had to change my location at the end of the day for a next day morning appointment. They accommodated the change and again were very easy to work with.

“Woke up Christmas Eve morning to find the rear window of my pickup shattered. And we’re in the middle of a storm. Called around a half dozen repair shop trying to get it fixed, but no one could touch it till the following week. Then I called Quality Auto Glass. Not only did they get me right in, but had the window replaced with OEM parts and had it done in just a few hours. And as I said, this was on Christmas Eve. And the customer service was fantastic.
