“Today I was on my way to Les Schwab on Fulton to fix a nail in my tire unfortunately on my way there I lost all pressure and had to pull off into the Caliber lot. I was stressed to say the least and needed to get my spare on to make it the one more block to Les Schwab. I was out of my depth to try to change the tire and walked in to Caliber to see if anyone could possibly help me. Thankfully I was greeted by Nick and he jumped into action. He was extremely helpful and changed my tire for me even knowing it was pulling him away from his own work and I had to business to bring them. I will forever be grateful for his kind help and will always remember this location should I ever need work done in the future.”

“Came in for a cracked windshield on my 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. Called ahead for an out-the-door quote and it was lower than what I saw from a few other places.
I asked if I could work from their lobby while they handled it and they were cool with it. Got the WiFi when I arrived and just worked off my laptop the whole time.
Took about 3 hours like they said. Everything came out clean and no issues afterward.
I actually sent a photo to a friend who owns a windshield shop in another state and he was impressed with the quality for the price. Said it probably comes down to the volume they handle.
Overall just a smooth experience. Would come back if I needed anything again.”

“I've gone to Hayes Brothers three times and have been happy each time. One time they did mobile service and determined nothing needed to be done - didn't charge me for the service call. They also did excellent work on a full windshield replacement with camera calibration. Every staff member I've interacted with in person or on the phone has been helpful and friendly.
The first time I went to them, I had called around a few places for pricing. They were price competitive for the work I had done.”

“I dropped by Sac Collision Center and asked if they were able to reattach two letters that fell off of the emblem on the back hatch of my car. Rudy was so helpful and reattached them and wouldn’t except payment for it. I felt like I was home and he was a neighbor helping me out.
You don’t see customer service like that anymore. That is why I highly recommend them.”

“Fix Auto is my favorite body shop now. I went in with trepidations about cost etc. I met with Jorge Rascon and it was an amazing experience. He was calm, gentle, informative and followed through on everything he said. He showed me the pricing of new and used parts for the repair. Explained the pros and cons of each step that they were to do. The cost was not prohibitive and the work they did exceeded that level as well. They buffed out battle scars and scuffs that an 11 year old car accumulates. They cleaned and detailed my car and buffed out my head light covers so they look brand new. (Part of the cost). Truly a great experience and I will not hesitate to promote them and return if that is in the cards for me again!

“Northside window tinting and car wraps Did an amazing job Wrapping my son’s Doc band helmet!! I wanted to add a fun little feature to the band and his nurse from cranial technologies recommended that I find a car wrap shop to help me wrap the helmet. I reached out to Taj at Northside and he was able to wrap my son‘s helmet, which is something I could not have done at all.

“Recently took our car in for some repairs at Gerber. The customer service was really great, and they were prompt in notifying us when there was going to be additional costs on the vehicle. Towards the end, I started having to call myself a few times in order to get updates, but they were responsive. They returned a previously dirty car clean and filled the gas tank a bit as it had required some driving for calibration of safety features. This is the only time we had to bring the car in for this issue, but we have previously used Gerber on different damage on a family vehicle and the service was great then too. Consistent customer service and reliable work on the vehicles.”

“I had Daimonds auto glass out to my house today to provide and install a windshield in my classic Scout 4 wheel drive vehicle. I called in the morning said he might be able to fit me in same day otherwise it would be Monday. They called back in a few hours and 2 guys showed up an hour later and did the work and I got a good price. The install on this vehicle is not easy to do. They did a fine job. Left the area clean. Very happy with the service I received. I would use them again!”
