Customers are supposed to be able to access the lobby after hours by inserting their ATM card into a specified slot. This did not work. But this isn't the only location it has happened at. 1 ATM outside. Otherwise, not bad.

I don’t feel comfortable visiting this location nor using their ATM. There are houseless people living in the parking lot. That being said, I was able to set up a prompt meeting in my app and address my account closure with the teller quickly.
