This is my favorite location to shop Coach! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been extremely helpful, positive and genuinely loves the brand. I especially love coming in to shop with Jennifer. She helped me pick out my birthday bag today and went above and beyond and even gift wrapped it for me :)

They don't have nearly as many products on display as they do online so that was discouraging. I wanted to try on a specific handbag they had listed online but the Arden store seemed like it didn't have much. They did call over to a nearby store and put it up for me.

Last weekend we were in the mall and I've had a beautiful coach bag but the straps are awful. I needed a short shoulder strap. Ann the store Manager assisted me. She was awesome and I appreciated her help and kindness. Thank you Ann your customer service is amazing and you are a delight to talk to!
