I came here a while ago looking for christmas gifts to get in the future and I had a lovely experience and got the help and assistance I wanted. I unfortunetely do not remember the names of the ladies that helped me. I come back today to get the gift and no one seemed to pay much attention to me. I did get help but not as much as last time I was here. While in the process of paying there was a silent conversation between associates, the person helping me on the register and another person, who asked if I needed help earlier but that was pretty much it, in the middle of the store. I believe they did not think I was actually going to purchase something and therefore did not really help me while they just talked amongst themselves. And just now another worker almost put the bag I already purchased back on the sales floor because I got the last one of the style and color of the bag. I should have just gotten the bag online. I am satisfied with my purchase but not with the service.

Would give it zero stars if I could, I wish I had seen the other reviews because I'm pretty sure this is the same stuck up woman other people were talking about. The first time I just wanted to ask a question, and she was very rude and I didn't even get to look around in the store because I was turned off by that. This time I came not even thinking about my first encounter. The energy from the people here is not nice at all, and they act as if the people that come here shouldn't be here, but I don't know how much better that woman thought she could possibly be wearing them husky color contacts she could barely stare out of without blinking. She checked my bag to see if it qualified for the relove program, did not explain anything but kept saying it's not in the system, and it somewhat embarrassed me, because who would carry a fake coach bag? I just got off the phone with someone at the other location who nicely explained the exclusions on the relove program they have-- I got my bag at a department store and that is the reason it wouldn't be accepted.

Last weekend we were in the mall and I've had a beautiful coach bag but the straps are awful. I needed a short shoulder strap. Ann the store Manager assisted me. She was awesome and I appreciated her help and kindness. Thank you Ann your customer service is amazing and you are a delight to talk to!

If I could give no stars I would. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. I will never buy anyone a present from Coach for Christmas ever again. I was told a pair of shoes that were only tried on was to worn and no one would tho the shoes look exactly how they were when I bought them.

Every time I enter this store, the employees give me dirty looks or look up and down at me or whoever i'm in the store with. I have bought something every single time i've walked into that store, yet the service makes me want to walk out. It shouldn't matter how young I am either. If you're going to work in a place where you offer your customer service, you should be WORKING that way. I'm never helped in that store either. Another party will come in after me and the workers will go straight to them with recommendations. I find that the men working here do their best to engage as well. As for the women.. Blonde woman and Dark skinned Asian talking to each-other all the time looking at us, acting as if i had just done something even though I just walked through the door. Why are they laughing? What is funny? You work at the mall. You won't get commission from me if this continues. I drive 40 minutes just to get no help in this luxury store.

Judy has always taken the best care of me. She is detail oriented, contagiously happy, and excellent at helping me pick the best products (both for myself and as gifts for my loved ones). Because of her I will continue returning here often.

It really depends on who helps you at this store. Most of the people are extremely friendly, but one person there is a bit rude and abrupt - she might be a manager or something. Today I had a great experience because the rude person didn't assist us, another person did (I can't recall her name, but it was short and she was very thin), and that made our experience quite nice.Go, but see her! Call ahead for special services like personalizing tags. They may not do it.I'm an easy customer to please (worked in retail before) , so it takes a lot to upset me and get a bad review. I would give the store a five, but my last visit was just a couple days ago, so it's still fresh in my mind.

Bought a bag. They had us wait about 20 min to bag it up for us. She had came out twice. First time she had packaged the wrong color.(red) Then they finally gave me my bag boxed up and everything. I live about 3hrs away from Sacramento. When i arrived home i open it and its the wrong color!! Had to go to the nearest coach and they also are about 2hrs away. Gosh...
