I had a pleasant experience with Dollar Tow. The administrator was quick to answer the phone, and Kirby came earlier than expected (30 minutes earlier). He had many helpful tips for finding another car. I also enjoyed talking with him during the ride home. Great and prompt service.

Roadside service app said it would take an hour for the tow truck, The tow truck driver Kirby was there 30 minutes early, that never happens! Kirby was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Best tow service all around I have experienced! Thank you Kirby!
