Element Sacramento Airport is a hotel that offers a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. Located conveniently close to I-80 and suitable for extended stays, the hotel features helpful staff and a range of amenities. Many guests praise the friendly and informative front desk staff, who make visitors feel welcomed and cared for during their stay. The rooms are generally praised for being clean and cozy, with some guests noting the presence of kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, and amenities like 24/7 espresso, tea, and filtered water dispensers in the lobby. However, experiences vary. Some guests had excellent stays with positive comments about the cleanliness of the rooms, the helpful staff, and the overall comfort. One guest described the hotel as a "gem," highlighting the friendly service and the availability of free breakfast for family members, as well as the quality of amenities like the espresso machine. On the other hand, there have been some issues reported. A guest staying in a wellness room experienced problems with mildew smell, loose shower drain, and drywall damage, which impacted their comfort. Additionally, room service was inconsistent; one guest had to go to the front desk daily for towels and coffee, and encountered shortages of coffee supplies. Some guests also noted that reward nights might lead to lower quality rooms, and that certain amenities, like coffee machines that use specific filter packs, can be an inconvenience. Overall, Element Sacramento Airport is considered a good choice for travelers seeking a clean, friendly, and convenient hotel, though some operational issues need attention for an even better experience.
It's when things go wrong you see the professionalism of the employees. Bella handled my situation with the utmost professionalism, communicated clearly, courteous yet not overpromising. This is something I appreciate deeply. Thank you.

Nice hotel. It is only 5 or 6 years old. Target, Nordstrom Rack, restaurants, fast food, theater nearby. Close to freeway.

Great, spacious and clean rooms with friendly staff and nice amenities! Conveniently located next to a target and shopping promenade with some chain and small restaurants. I stay here for work often and always consider it a treat when it happens. Highly recommend!
