Figure 8 Women's Workout is a women's-only fitness facility located in Curtis Park, offering a range of services to help ladies achieve their fitness goals. The gym provides Personal Training for those seeking guidance, as well as Circuit Training for members. Open 24/7, Figure 8 caters to the convenience of its clients. In addition to the workout facilities, the gym also offers Infrared Sauna, Spray Tanning, Esthetician Services, and Massage, all available for an additional fee. Figure 8 members receive discounted rates on these services. Clients have praised the gym's cleanliness, lack of overcrowding, and the owner's circuit training sessions, which teach new exercises to incorporate into their routines. The welcoming atmosphere and the ability to work out at one's own pace have also been highlighted as positive aspects of the Figure 8 experience.
24 hour access, never so crowded that you have to wait, friendly people, super clean facility, little bells and whistles available (extra fans, water bottles, protein bars, etc.) Love that it's girls only.
