“I'm a lover, not a fighter, but boy do I love this fight gym. And it's not just a fight gym (tho as of this writing we are top ranking PMT west adult) - it's an all-around great place to train. Coach Anthony and Coach Marcos have your BACK whether or not you're trying to compete or simply improve your skills. There's also a strength and conditioning program led by Coach Patrick who's extremely knowledgable about the smart way to train - and will push you to reach your goals. My job is pretty demanding, so it's hard for me to make classes consistently - but the morning and evening options are nice. Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, S&C, big space, a # of membership options, great coaches, and thoughtful owners - like I said, an all-around great place to train.”

“A review for the beginners: last September, I turned 30 and made the choice to finally become “a fitness person” despite having zero experience, major self confidence issues, and a lack of discipline.
I texted the number on PPF’s website and discovered through quick exchanges that the Transformation Series was a thing, and that it might be the thing for me: they were right.
3x/week for 12 weeks. I went to my first class and my nerves made me feel as if I had made a mistake in signing up. Fast forward to today, where I just completed the Transformation Series for the second time. Can’t help but look back and be grateful for my past self for taking the chance.
If you’re looking to learn proper form, and find accountability through a set schedule and coaching, I can’t recommend this series enough. In addition to those perks, you’ll find community within your crew, and, in my case, a surprising sense of purpose.

“I can't recommend this gym enough. Coach T is an exceptional teacher, super knowledgeable, who cultivates an energetic, positive, and genuinely inspiring environment. I walked in as a complete beginner to strength training, intimidated by how fit and motivated everyone seemed, but that same energy quickly rubbed off on me.
Coach Dom has been incredibly attentive, especially when it came to my shoulder injury. They helped me find alternative upper body movements to reduce the load and keep me training safely without missing out. After just three weeks, I'm already feeling my muscles getting firmer and I'm learning proper form on everything. Everyone has gone out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. Members openly share their own journeys — like one guy who told me he needed a strap for pull-ups when he started and now does multiple chin-ups / pull ups unassisted. That kind of encouragement, from staff and members alike, makes this an inclusive space where hard work is genuinely celebrated. Highly recommend, whether you're a beginner or experienced.”

The instructors and childcare staff go above and beyond and have made me (and my daughter) feel so welcomed! Plus, the workouts are fantastic!! I love how they incorporate weights and different class formats, like spin, core, and kettlebells. The studio is super clean and the class times are great. Can’t recommend CycleLife enough!!”
“I had a chance to drop in here while I was in town for work, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I reached out ahead of time, and they immediately got me plugged into their morning class the following day, which made everything super easy.
When I arrived, I was blown away by how massive the space was, but also how clean and meticulously well-maintained both the facility and equipment were. The workout programming was excellent, and kudos to Coach Sean for running such a great class.
The members were incredibly friendly as well—they even gave me a breakfast recommendation before I left, which was a nice touch.
I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re dropping in while traveling through town or if you’re looking to give CrossFit a try. It’s a great place to stop in and see what it’s all about. I hope to make it back here next time I’m in town.”

There are several great studios in the area, but when I decided to become a permanent member, I had to choose which one to make my home studio (I live about equally distant to 3), and for me it was an easy choice to select Midtown. The level of dedication that HC Christina and all of the other coaches and front desk staff commit to making this a positive experience for every single member is unlike anything I've seen at any other gym, OTF or otherwise. Even before I was a full member, there were always little personal touches that showed they saw me and were paying attention, not only to my tendencies in class but also my interests outside of the gym. “I signed up for Orangetheory Arden-Arcade back in January 2025 and it’s been amazing ever since. Every coach here is awesome—from my very first class with Kassidy (even though I usually only catch her on Saturdays!) to my regulars, Coach Kim and Coach Caleb, who always bring the heat and push us to get better. Shoutout to Coach Michael too—even though he’s no longer at this location, he crushed the private class he ran for my company.
