Order my book online paid for it and then they tell me it's going to take a week to get my book so we're in the third week of classes right now and I still don't have this book I can't pick it up until Monday so no the Hawks nest book place is not some place to buy books get them online or somewhere else!!!

Your best bet at getting in contact with someone is when they first open and preferably during a non busy time of the year. Other than that just go into the store. The people that work there are super sweet and want to help, they just get overwhelmed sometimes. Best of luck in your semester!
