I have worked with HB towing for years. I won’t ever use any other tow in the Sacramento area!!! Consider the sources of the bad reviews, as they are 97% from those that are not accepting responsibility for their own wrong doing.

One of my friends bought a new car and forgot that where he lives you have to get a parking permit to park on the street, Yep his car got towed so I gave him a ride to get his car back from this tow company the employee was really nice and helpful too, I have to say better him than me LOL

It was an unfortunate and expensive lesson when my son parked in a reserved parking space and came out of his friend's apartment to no car! The HB Towing staff were friendly and professional. There wasn't any damage to my son's car and all of his personal belongings were untouched.
