Organic basically anything and everything! I love getting sandwich meat and fresh seafood here! The store is so organized, people are nice!”

“This is my go-to store for all things healthy and delicious! I get all my organic bulk products here! Always a huge selection of gluten free and vegan foods here including fresh and frozen. Vegan house made pizza and pies all year! Love the taco and pizza bar. Don't miss out on the fresh organic smoothie bar either. Fresh salad bar adjacent to an olive bar. Wine and spirits sold too. Organic, Grass fed meat and dairy if I ever need as well. Stop by there yummy cheese isle as it's a connesuer's dream. This is a place I have trusted for over 20 years!”

“Sprouts.. another one of the delux grocery stores on the west coast. (In my opinion). This one is in a busy area and a TjMax, Trader Joe's, Ross is right next door. I love sprouts for many reasons. I especially love the sandwich bar. You can almost always get a huge sandwich for under $10! Although not enough people working.. seems to be a trend these days the grocery store was clean, organized and had a wide variety of fresh food, meats, deli, etc!”

“HAVE CASH IF POSSIBLE TO AVOID THE CARD FEE. I was looking for things to help me with my gym workouts since I just got started and I need the extra push. I was a little overwhelmed because I went to multiple nutrition shops like nutrishop,Vitamin shopee and the Max muscles in natomas and left without feeling confident in the choices I had. I come here they were open but it was locked because the employee had gone to get lunch and I even called and feared I wouldn't get anywhere though he quickly unlocked the doors and came to assist me and answered all questions regarding my goals and mission to better health and it was a lot to process but I went from clueless to informed and that's always a good feeling to have. We spent a lot of time discussing what products I needed and they even had a buy one get one half off going on which is helpful because things are expensive especially with the fact the more healthier it is the more money it'll cost. I bought a thermogenic, and l- carnitine product with a protein isolate mixed with whey to start things off though I will admit my body isn't used to it which made me very nauseous and somewhat light headed though I will share my progress when the time comes on their website after some time has passed that I have been taking the products. I would recommend this place to a family or friend.”

“Maybe it's because I was reminded of my past trip to Taiwan (amazing food and so many courteous people there!), but I really dig this small Taiwanese convenience store. Lots of things you can't find in big-box Asian grocery stores here because the majority of inventory is imported from Taiwan. With that being said though, the prices are a little higher than what you'd expect. Friendly staff here (seemed like a mom-and-daughter duo at the time). As it's a pretty small shop, it won't replace your usual Asian-grocery-store spot (no fresh produce here), but it's still worth visiting especially if you want to check out some uncommon Asian food goods.”

“It's a great place especially if you are using WIC it's right next to the office and they grabbed almost everything for me, it was super fast. My only problem is some of the fruit had major gross spots and they tried to hide them with the fruits sticker. Overall good but be careful with the fruit”

“Love this place. Come almost weekly and every staff member we have encountered is fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have never experienced something taking 45 minutes to make or a technical glitch with their equipment (even if I did - I wouldn't slam the business with a 1 star review because of a 1-off situation - lighten up people and be nice!). “I don't like going to primetime in general because it is always so packed and lines are usually long, but i needed a milk run. I arrived around 9am, it was not busy. I was greeted right away by staff member Velay, at the north sacramento location. Velay was super helpful and provided excellent customer service. She was very clear going over what was available to me and super efficient. I was really impressed how she carried herself and they way she cares for customers. Thank you Velay! I want to make sure your service does not go unnoticed.”

I have been coming to this location for a while.I walked in and knew what I was looking for Ginger Chews staff was busy stocking shelves but Mr Chufeng was able to find what I was looking for there was 3 packs of Ginger Chews behind some other items.”

They offer a great variety of protein, powders, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to helping you decide what to purchase based on your personal needs. If you're looking to strength train, your needs will be different than someone who may be looking to lose weight and add that extra level of protein to their daily diet. They have a protein, drink bar, where they will blend up, something special, just for you, or select from their menu items. Keep in mind this is not an inexpensive experience, but it definitely is a healthy one. Pricey items, cool staff that is super knowledgeable, and a convenient location.”

“They were really nice and are conveniently next to WIC they have more items available exactly and specifically for WIC. They gave me free bags a free loaf of bread helped me carry out my bags to my car. Much quicker and smaller than going to your regular grocery store.”

“Had really great service experience here. The vanilla freeze with cookies on top was interesting. I wasn’t quite sure of the exact taste it would have but it’s not exactly like ice cream but a good plant alternative. I think I prefer normal ice cream but it was a good opportunity to try it.”

“My experience at this GNC was excellent! Kathleen immediately greeted me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her which pre workout brand I was looking for and we proceeded to walk towards that section of the store. After grabbing it, I asked a few questions about which other brands she recommended for my boyfriend (who doesn't like the one I use). I was amazed on the specific information she gave me and was not pushy at all! Unfortunately, they were not able to give out any samples due to COVID but did tell me about their return policy. Was really appreciative that she was so helpful I had to leave a review. Because of her, I'll keep coming back to purchase my pre workout. Thank you Kathleen!”
