Healthy Hounds Kitchen is a local place that sells fresh, human grade dog food. The food is healthy and dogs absolutely love it, gobbling it up. The selection of food to pick from is excellent, with options like chicken and potato or beef and sweet potatoes. They sell fresh veggie and meat ground up and cooked right in the store. The team is so freaking nice, with customer service that is spot on, friendly, patient, and always helpful. Dogs have been happier and healthier with shinier coats since switching to this food, even those with stomach issues or who are getting up in years. While it is not cheap kibble, it is highly recommended and worth a stop to check out. Many customers become regulars for their furbabies.
My dogs love their food. Healthy ingredients and while a bit pricey, there is an option to buy in bulk to save per pound. Ultimately, I decided to make large batches and freeze at home rather than buy from someone else. But whenever I'm not able to make a batch at home and need some grub for the doggos, I'll go here.

One of my favorite places in Sacramento Bring your dog try a sample. The business owners are wonderful and the food is amazing. I’m half tempted to eat it myself.! recommend for a happy pet !
