Her Elevated is a welcoming and warm studio space that feels calm and happy the moment you walk in. It is a beautiful, clean, and beautifully decorated gem, described as truly one of a kind. The atmosphere is inviting and creates a judgment-free zone for everyone. The business offers fitness and yoga classes, including weight training and challenging but adaptable group workouts. Instructors guide and encourage participants through amazing workouts. Beyond exercise, there are relaxing sound baths and an endless amount of amazing events and workshops hosted by like-minded individuals. These fun activities foster a wonderful community where amazing women and wonderful people uplift each other. The space is perfect for attending classes or holding one's own workshops. It is a place to be healthier and live as one’s authentic self, inspiring those who visit. While generally highly recommended, a note mentioned that for some, parts of a sound bath can be a little too loud for the small room. Overall, it is a space where people feel comfortable, look forward to going, and gain so much more.

Nice sound bath hosted by Soul Wave Holistics. Some parts were a little too loud for the small room. Also, I wish the host would have talked about the instruments and how they worked.
