Very hard to get anyone to answer the phone. It was my first time seeing them charge 40$ for airport transportation? Malicious company the only customer service they have is AI impossible to talk to anyone

This is my first time renting through hertz in a really long time but I got a discount through my AAA. I don’t think I’ll use them again. There’s dead and living bugs all throughout the car and it’s really uncomfortable because I’m not sure how that can be especially if the car was cleaned but they’re coming... read full comment
