We were on the road within 15 of arriving at the rental location while the line at Dollar just kept growing deeper and deeper. Well worth the extra $20/week to be on the road versus standing in line for an hour+. Drop-off was simple and fast as well. Highly recommend this location in Sacramento. Great job!”

“These guys are so great. Rented one of the 15 passenger vans to take some customers to a 9er game. Steve checked me in promptly when they opened and provided great support. The van was super clean and worked great for my customers. It's also refreshing that there are no hidden fees for the rental, I still can't believe that part, so great. “Have had to rent and return vehicles here with Enterprise on multiple occasions, both for work and for personal/logistics. Super friendly and efficient staff, both front of house as well as on the return side. Very minimal hassle and they're very quick at what they do. Prices are all set online before but they're reasonable for the car options available. Vehicles are well maintained and no issues/complaints from my side. Returns are so fast and quick, can be on the airport shuttle or on a rideshare within 5-6 minutes from landing on the returns area. Lots of younger adults working the returns area, but they're very enthusiastic, professional, and effective - impressed that Enterprise was able to hire so many decent young folk to work all hours of the day. 24/7 pickup and return, which is helpful in the Sac area if you need an off-schedule vehicle rental.”

“I made my reservation a few days before I went to Sacramento. I called in the morning before I walked over from the hotel to confirm. Mohamed was very nice, checked me in quickly. I had less than a 10 minute wait for my car. The process was so easy. When I returned Ray checked me out. Again very easy and friendly. The entire check out took about 2 minutes. There is an after hours drop off but I made it back before they closed. The process was easy. The car was clean, although it did have a slight 420 scent but it could have been the air freshener? I would definitely use them again.”

“The staff here really went out of their way to help me have a good rental experience, which was especially nice considering the fact that I only needed a rental because my own car had been rear-ended and was being repaired. They helped me get a Tesla Model 3, which is the same model as my own car, and still the insurance was able to cover that. I was initially given a BMW to drive, which was fun, but really wanted Tesla to replace my own since I have a charger at home. I'm only removing one star because I had to call 8 different Enterprises in the Sacramento area to find a sedan to rent (instead of an SUV or minivan) and none had any! That's why I had the BMW initially since they only had a luxury sedan available. So all in all good experience but they are not the best option if you want a sedan.”

“My review is about our "after Christmas " car accident, where my wife and I was stopped at a red light (on our way to take our son to get food for his lunch break). AS We were in conversation, with no warning, we were struck from behind, and banged up on the insidepretty bad. Our brand new car was a mess. MIKE from near by, saw us and rushed to where we were. After we took thepolice report, Mike offered to us his service in faith that he will bring our car back to us as before it was hit. Shaking up, we thanked him for his humanity offering, but we needed some time to process, and figure some things out. One day, the words he said to me that day "give me a chance", that was all I needed as a sign to know fate was speaking to me. All my charges were dropped due to the duration it took to resolve when the local branch marketing manager got involved. Thank you! But a word of warning: I highly recommend taking the additional insurance from Zipcar or getting your own car insurance with the use of zipcar. Another measure: read your TOS and know that you are liable for damage even if you are not in the car, just like your own car, even if this occurs before the next reservation while the car is parked on the street. This sucks, I think this policy should be refined. I will be taking photos of all sides of the vehicle when entering and exiting it at any stopping point even though I am not sure if this will help.”

“March 2024-14 yr Gold member here, was FORCED to book a reservation to get my 5700 points restored from corporate when they w/o notification took all of my accumulated points as they went from every 18 mo required rental to 12 months.I could not have had a better experience at this location. Jackie, stands out for her attitude, smile and great customer service. My car was clean, they serviced the line well and Anamika checked me in promptly upon my return. Great price in the off season as well.Would return if and when needed!”

“Service is everything!After renting through Priceline, I get to the rental counter and I was denied the rental because my wife made the reservation under her account with me as the driver. National, per policy, could not rent me the car. But Cheryl made it alright giving me the next steps I should take to make sure I got the rental. Not only did I get the rental, but I got it at a cheaper rate and a free tank of gas. You can't get that kind of service online, it takes a personal touch.”
