“What an amazing experience using sac van rental. I’m really big on reading reviews and decided to go with this company even if I had to drive the extra distance. I was initially impressed with the phone call and how simple and assuring it was to rent a van for my daycare. It was our very first field trip out of town and I’m so glad I made the decision with using their company. They even stayed open late just so I can pick up the van the night before and went through all the details/instructions on how to use the van. The van was also exceptionally clean and new. Here I am, 6 months later, going on my second field trip to Bishop’s and undoubtedly going to use their company again. So glad I found them. Thank you for the superb service!”
“I was impressed with the Alamo personnel at Sacramento International Airport. Checking in -- I requested an electric driver's seat and the staff member was very nice to accommodate my request. When I returned the car, the young man who checked me in offered to remove my luggage from the trunk of the car (which I've never had happen ever). When I started walking away from my car another Alamo staff member asked me what airline I was flying and he then told me which shuttle bus to catch for the terminal.
I really appreciated the service provided by these impressive Alamo employees!!! They are truly an asset to the company.”

“I absolutely love this place! If you want great, knowledgeable, respectable customer service this is the location. I have never had an issue with this location on Roseville road. I rent here about every other week for personal reasons. They always have availability of cars even if it's last minute and if not they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. They make me feel like family, Jose, Sarah, Mohammed, and I'm sorry I don't know the two people that help me out in the early mornings but you all are amazing and appreciated. Thank you for always going above and beyond. The only thing I would say is that I've heard customers mention is that there needs to be more chairs in the front lobby for those times when it gets busy. But there is nothing else that could be negatively said about this location. See ya soon!!”

“One of the best Enterprise locations. I rent often, but unfortunately most locations are bad both customer service and vehicle wise. I received excellent customer service from a young lady ( can’t remember her name) and the vehicle was in a good condition inside and out.

“The staff here really went out of their way to help me have a good rental experience, which was especially nice considering the fact that I only needed a rental because my own car had been rear-ended and was being repaired. They helped me get a Tesla Model 3, which is the same model as my own car, and still the insurance was able to cover that. I was initially given a BMW to drive, which was fun, but really wanted Tesla to replace my own since I have a charger at home. I'm only removing one star because I had to call 8 different Enterprises in the Sacramento area to find a sedan to rent (instead of an SUV or minivan) and none had any! That's why I had the BMW initially since they only had a luxury sedan available. So all in all good experience but they are not the best option if you want a sedan.”

“The location is very convenient for me, and the staff are friendly with well-maintained vehicles. There's a convenience store nearby, which makes filling up and returning a breeze.
Once, I accidentally left my tablet in the vehicle, and they called me a couple of days later to let me know they had it ready for pickup. I truly expected it to be lost, so it was a pleasant surprise. How often can you share a story like that?

“Beyond collision center was really miracle sent i recently got into an accident and i was very stuck on what to do i was recommended beyond from a friend so i gave it a shot the employees where very friendly and caring and making sure i was ok. It's amazing in 2015 we get better responses from businesses from yelp/social media rather than from calling or emailing customer service. All my charges were dropped due to the duration it took to resolve when the local branch marketing manager got involved. Thank you! But a word of warning: I highly recommend taking the additional insurance from Zipcar or getting your own car insurance with the use of zipcar. Another measure: read your TOS and know that you are liable for damage even if you are not in the car, just like your own car, even if this occurs before the next reservation while the car is parked on the street. This sucks, I think this policy should be refined. I will be taking photos of all sides of the vehicle when entering and exiting it at any stopping point even though I am not sure if this will help.”
“Really unclear on all of these negative responses here (and slightly suspicious of them as some of the posters seem to have gone after budgets generally). These guys are old and old school, but they're huge believers in customer service and will go out of their way to make things work for you. They've helped me out a number of times and I've been extremely satisfied with the experience renting here.”

I almost always get a live human within 30 seconds of calling, and they always solve my problems well, sometimes even when it's my own fault (e.g., helping me unlock the car after I've gone over the deadline and shouldn't have access anymore, so that even though there's a late fee, I can at least extend the reservation and drive home!) Got rid of my car because there were always several Zipcars closer to my house than I could ever park my own car!”

“Great experience. I took the shuttle from the airport straight to the rental lot, chose a car, checked out and off I went. Returning the car was just as fast and easy and the employees were very courteous. My first time renting a cat.... wonder experience! Thanks National!”
