Never never never ???????????????Never again in my life. Well I rent from them they charge me $161 for something I never wanted. I CLEARLY SAID I ALREADY BOUGHT INSURANCE. Of course they’re not gonna give me the money back because when I signed for the payment on my credit card they said I signed a contract, which I never read because they never gave me the paperwork before but after I signed Never never never ever ever

This place will scam you in every way possible, make sure you document everything related to your car returning including taking pictures of the exterior, interior and your gas tank. Over a month after our trip they sent us a letter saying that they had to put in 6 gallons at $70. I literally gassed up at the airport what I was dropping it off. This place is run by thieves.

Worst rental car experience of my life so far. The lady at the counter was rude and not helpful. Charged me and extra fee after returning my vehicle with no explanation, 0 customer service available after you have returned your vehicle.When folks have been traveling all day it would be nice for excellent customer service at a rental counter and not a woman adding anxiety to your vacation.0/10 will never rent from hertz again.Oh and they will probably never have the vehicle you request.

We recently used Herts for a family vacation to LA. WE SPECIFICALLY SAID WE DID NOT WAN THE INSURANCE. They said ok, printed the receipt WITH INSURANCE ADDED the one we specified we did NOT want. We signed not knowing it apparently OUR job to check for mistakes on THEIR part. Crazy. Well be warned people. THEY SCAM.

Hertz in Sacramento does not answer their phone. I have tried for a week, and many times during the day. Their message says they are closed. Always. I can only assume their management knows, or doesn't care.

Efficient in and out. The shuttle on the other hand much less so . . . Worth padding to account for extra time at arrival and departure as a result.

I arrived late, but had my flight number associated with my reservation and presidents circle status. Hertz didn’t have my name on the board or anyone to help with my reservation. I called the hertz line and was on hold for 15min only to be told by an automated machine that they weren’t open and no one would help. I expect this from budget rental car companies not hertz, I’m extremely disappointed.

This company will add things like Premium Roadside Service and LDW insurance even if you specifically tell them not to. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I prepaid and then they wouldn't use my Visa debit card for incidentals at the counter. I've been traveling for 14 hours with my three young children. Justin and Michael were incredibly unhelpful in this situation. Then they told me they wouldn't rent to me and that I would have to call customer service to cancel the reservation. I tried calling customer service to speak with a supervisor, of course I couldn't get through to anyone because their lines were busy. I'm disgusted with how I've been treated. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again.
