The employee at the lot was abrupt and rude. She seemed to be in charge butIthought that I could skip the line of people. There was no advantage to doing advance check-in.

On UC Davis graduation weekend they were running only 1 terminal B bus between the airport and rental center. It was very busy and a long wait time. We saw 4 terminal A busses running almost empty while we waited for the B bus which was packed full.

Gold membership # was not reflecting rental request by me. Hertz expedited my issue and gave me what I asked for originally.
They were very seamless and extremely courtious.
