Employee just sits there and ignores you while on their phone had a question but when I went to say hello she ignored or could hear over all their yapping on their phone.

The companies website states that they sell Ultra SIM cards but I asked the employee and he looked confused and said “we don’t”. Maybe you stopped selling them, or your employee is clueless?
