ISC is such a fun and empowering community. My husband and I recently came back to this gym because there is no gym that is better! The coaches are very fun , professional and encouraging! They are also very knowledgeable. Also, their music is the best! It helps me power through my workouts! Thank you ISC coaches and community!

The Coaches are knowledgeable credible and down to earth Coach T, coach Chris, Coach Justin, and coach Sean have their own styles and abilities but all share the best ability Availability regardless of level. My wife and I Love ISC because it's challenging fun and most importantly produces results.

I knew this was the gym for me the first time I stepped through the doors! The workouts are always different, challenging and easy enough to follow along. The owner(Toraino) truly cares about his members and their growth as athletes. The gym offers amenities I've never seen at a gym before. If you're looking for a new gym or looking to stay active, check it out. Members age front early 20s to late 60s.

Been a member of this gym for a few years. Great programming, good coaching, and a welcoming community are the hallmarks of this gym. Don't know a thing? Don't worry! Coaches and members will welcome you into the fold and encourage you!

The place is not worth going to. They charge a ridiculous amount, and dont even have a lot of equipment. Does not look professional. I would not recommend this place versus other better gyms which charge less. They are lacking in customer service and not very accomodative

This place is incredible. Coach T is an influential leader and goes above and beyond for all clients and members. Been a member for almost two years and I've loved every minute.

Gym is really nice and they do have up to date workouts. Their customer service here isn't the best though and they are really expensive. It's a little crazy to me though you would think for almost $200(188) a month they would include other amenities they offer in that membership i.e. like sauna or compression. But those are a extra charge. I had a few friends tell me the same thing about them but I still wanted to try them out myself. They also use these apps to setup appointments which they apps are kinda faulty and if you schedule an appointment and than cancel (even in reasonable time) the app won't let you reschedule the same day and when I tried to tell a coach that they still had nerve to try to say well if you don't book I'm charging you for this class I thought class were unlimited when you have the most expensive package. I guess I was wrong also when it comes time to cancel it's so hard to get a response here.

I toured the facilities and met with couple of the people on-site. The place was super clean, the people (both members and employees) were very high class and the location had plenty of parking spaces. I am really considering joining. It looks fantastic.

If you're looking for a place to without, get strong, and get fit then this is the place for you. Great location in sacramento near downtown. Programming, coaching , equipment and the members are amazing. It's definitely your one stop shop for your fitness needs.

By far the best facility around. They keep it clean from the equipment, to the facility itself. By far the nicest and most knowledgeable coaches. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ISC to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this facility. Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at ISC. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Been to many gyms in Sacramento. This place is seriously a hidden gem. I only found out about because I live nearby and saw people working out outside.This place will get you into amazing shape. This is not an open gym, it is strength and fitness classes. There are trainers that run classes 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday, closed on Sunday just like chick-fil-A. At this gym you pretty much get personal training in the form of a class working out with other people in the class, it's a really good environment.This gym is just really really great, some people think the classes are intense, but once you actually workout in them, it's not that bad. Also, classes are always 1 hour, so you can't a lot done in a hour.
