“I highly recommend coming to this AAA office if you can. I have come here for almost anything you can think of: passport photos, DMV services, notary services, AAA membership stuff of course, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is very kind and helpful and most of the time they completely surpass my expectations. I wish I knew his name, but there is a man who is almost always at the center desk and he is always friendly and makes you feel welcome. I wish this location was more centrally located in Sacramento so more people could feel the joy of their friendly, easy going, fast service. Feels like a quick chat with your favorite neighbor rather than getting a dreaded task done. If you have a AAA membership, you should definitely go to this office any chance you can rather than going to the DMV. They can do almost everything that the DMV can and usually within 5 min.
If you are the guy at the center desk, you are the man and I am very sad we don't live near your AAA office anymore. I might have to stop by some time to get your name so I can let AAA know how great of a job you do making customers feel welcome. Keep up the great work guys! 👍”
