Kinetic Cycles is a bike shop with excellent product selection and the very best service. It is a place where proper customer service still exists, with a laid back and comfortable atmosphere that is not intimidating. The techs and staff are so nice, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They listen and encourage riding at every level with no judgment, just a joy for riding. They know their stuff across road, mountain, cyclocross, and gravel bikes.
The service is refreshing and makes customers feel comfortable, not stupid. The process is informative, painless, and no-pressure. The shop has a vibe that makes people want to do business with them, offering great customer service that is worth supporting for all riding needs. Many choose to pass other shops because Kinetic Cycles is simply better.
Every year I pour on the miles, beat the hell out of my bike and then bring it in and it’s new again!

Went there due to a sudden flat. Called them almost an hour before closing time and asked for a quote and turnaround time for replacing ther inner tube. They quoted me a reasonable fair price and were able to get it fixed not more than 15 minutes.
Thanks again for the quick accommodation and repair
