First off when I arrived the door was locked, then when someone finally came around 5-10 mins later, she told me I had to wait 30 mins because she's going to lunch so the store will be closed til then. Why is there only 1 person working during business hours? #2 why is the entire store shut down for lunch?. But I don't expect nothing less that this from a metro pcs store 😔

Came to the store to take care of some business. I got here @ 7:50 P. M & a pond my arrival I see it’s closed. The kicker is it’s supposed to close @ 8 P. M. So I knocked on the door no one came, but I can see inside a bit & can see a longer woman looking at me. She stayed looking at me for a bit then walked away. So I decided to write a review something I really DON’T do, but this situation really bothered me. Soon I walk back up to take my pictures I noticed a Mexican gentleman knocking on the door. The woman lifted up the gate opened the door & started talking to the man in Spanish. I said “ Good evening ma’am is there a reason why you guys closed early tonight?” She responded & I quote VERY DISRESPECTFULLY “ ummm yea why? I’m the ONLY person here so yea I closed early and?” Then she got back to taking to the gentleman. Like I wasn’t event there. Like REALLY????? This isn’t how you TREAT anyone or anything like this. Well I’m an African American Woman that’s VERY LOVING, & RESPECTFUL so her talking at me like that bothered me to the CORE. I WONDER IF the OWNER knows he/she has an employee like this DISRESPECTING their LOYAL CUSTOMERS ???? Now getting ready to loss A LOT of money?????

I have been a long-time customer of Metro/TMobile(10+ years). In that time period, I have received both great BOTH: Great Service and Great customer service. In particular, no matter where I travel, I never lose service. Prior to becoming a Metro customer, it seemed that I was often losing service. At that time, I was a customer with a big name in the both cel and land line phone business. AND YET I paid a premium price for service as a sales person. Once I switched to Metro, my service improved significantly, and yet my cost for service decreased! When I have had questions about my phone or I need help..I know it is just a phone call away. If I need help with how to more efficiently use my phone or discussing upgrading my phone, I rely on Metro for an honest and reliable service. During the Pandemic, many stores closed: some temporarily; but, not Metro. The lights remained on and the company continued to provide service. It was one less worry for me during that time. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say: Metro is the marriage of reliable service at an affordable rate. I would encourage any body/everybody to check out Metro by Tmobile.

The people here either do not want to help, or do not have the inventory/ training to help customers. I came in here twice with plenty of money, and after waiting quite awhile was told every phone I wanted was not available. I also don’t like the fact you can’t buy a phone online unless you are a new customer when it’s very difficult to get a phone in the store. Looks like I’m going to have to pay for higher service else where to get proper customer service.

I had an issue with a phone that was sent to me as a replacement threw insurance. Ziva the manager was hands down informative and had great customer service skills. She took the issue and did everything she could to make my experience resolved in a timely and professional manner. Really greatfull for all of her help! Definitely an asset to your company and hands down just an all around good person. Thanks again Ziva!!!
