Great service! Phone setting wouldn't update, called the manufacturer and they weren't helpful, stopped in Metro to see if they had any suggestions and a friendly gentleman was able to help me.

Employees were very patient with answering questions and resolving problems and helped me pick a new phone. Ahmer and his coworkers, two other guys with glasses all have very good customer service skills.
