The people here either do not want to help, or do not have the inventory/ training to help customers. I came in here twice with plenty of money, and after waiting quite awhile was told every phone I wanted was not available. I also don’t like the fact you can’t buy a phone online unless you are a new customer when it’s very difficult to get a phone in the store. Looks like I’m going to have to pay for higher service else where to get proper customer service.

I had an issue with a phone that was sent to me as a replacement threw insurance. Ziva the manager was hands down informative and had great customer service skills. She took the issue and did everything she could to make my experience resolved in a timely and professional manner. Really greatfull for all of her help! Definitely an asset to your company and hands down just an all around good person. Thanks again Ziva!!!

I had my phone acct hacked! Not my phone itself my actual account. I went to a previous metro pcs (dealer location) that was also amazing even though they ended up not being able to help they told me it sounded like my number got hacked and stolen and I needed to go to a corporation office. I came here with so much stress and worry, but the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and someone willing to hear and work with my problem. I expected being there for at least an hour with understanding, but I was out within 15 mins and they even provided a temporary number while the issue was being resolved. It was a Sunday! Within less than 24 hours I had my number and acct back! Fabulous

I’m just gonna be totally honest every time I’ve had a situation with my phone I’ve dealed with this store in this store alone everyone in there knows their stuff about Phone and as you know if you follow me I’m the most illiterate computer guy in the world but fortunately we have the guys at Metro Oscar I don’t know if he still works there now another young lady I forget her name but nevertheless they always seem to resolve my problem I really appreciate that and with that but they’re very enthusiastic about helping you so you’re not gonna sit around a long time waiting for them to give you some attention they gonna come tend to you are they gonna ask you what could they do to help their very courteous and they’re very professional so with that being said two thumbs up to you guys and in other words five stars you guys earned it see you next time

Was at the last step of setting up my new phone plan but they don't take any kind of tap-to-pay so I had to go elsewhere. Bad look for a phone storeUpdate: They won't port your number over after you set up your line. Instead they refer you to an Indian call center. They essentially took the money and told us we're on our own. Steer clear of this place

The metro worker fixed my phone very quickly. I told him he had a magic touch. I've has several good experiences at this store. The people who work here are thoughtful and knowledgeable.
