Michaels is a store where you can find everything to create anything, from art supplies and yarn to party decorations and craft machines. Customers are consistently happy with the good customer service, noting the store is always clean and well organized with quick and friendly assistance. Many love the well-priced items, especially the frame shop, and enjoy looking in the clearance bins for great deals. The sales are great, with plenty of rewards and coupons, making it a go-to place for craft supplies. It allows people to unleash their creativity and feel like a kid again.
My wife loves the selection this store has for her crafting needs. They have deals that make it even more affordable. Also, the other day, an associate named Patrick, saved her more by helping her with her coupons and finding a sale item! He was also polite, engaging, and and friendly!

A lot of crafty things are right at your fingertips as soon as you enter the store. Of all the times I've been here, it's never overly busy, which makes browsing and finding what I need easier and more enjoyable.

Patrick is an employee at Michael’s at the Sacto store on Arden Wsy. He is so personable and efficient. We have the best time chatting as I come so often, he always remembers me. He’s very quick and is a wonderful representative of the store. I always look forward to having him check my purchases out
