I always rent from National. I was a hertz customer until National provided the 100% customer satisfaction experience. They go above and beyond to ensure quality customer service and satisfaction. I have never had any issues from any National rental car service.

The National employees are always friendly and helpful, but I have now had 3 different rentals that have had some type of issue with the vehicle. Nothing big, but just annoying enough to prevent 5 stars
